However the dynamics of this feature required several actions in order to use the phone or even access settings to change it. I had been unable to use my phone for 3 days and was prepared to buy another phone to replace it. However in searching for an alternative I happened to see "Smart-Tech" under cell phone repair and service in Yelp. When I arrived there I was met by friendly people who were eager to try and help me. To my surprise they were able to get into my cell phone settings and reset things back to original. It was now useable after 3 days and a lot of frustration! To my dismay I was told that there would be no charge for their services!!!! These guys went above and beyond what I had expected, and I am extremely grateful!!! I highly recommend these very competent professionals to anyone who may be having a problem with their cell phones or tablets!!!!!
