With receipt, original box, and all accessories, I went to the shop for a replacement. Upon arriving, I let the gentleman at the counter know what was going on and demonstrated how the unit was not working. He did his check, confirmed my issue, and after 30 minutes of waiting, he had the balls to tell me "...this is a smoke shop. There is no warranty..." Contacted Leaf Buddie and I will be receiving my new unit in the next few days. Warranty replacement... So if you want service for your purchase, don't go to this horrible place... Also, they allow employees to openly state their political affiliations. One employee was wearing a "Kemp for governor" pin and had stickers all over his car talking about how much liberals suck. Again, completely unacceptable. The same guy wearing the Kemp pin admitted he doesn't vape so any questions I had, he couldn't answer. They need to hire people that have experience in what they are selling.
