So I went in the shop and bought a battery pack (backwood) for my vape. Button on the battery came out the same day and stopped working....employee made sure to remind me that all sales were final too. So, my second time coming here. The first time I spoke w a lady. Very nice. She sold me an oil burner for the harsh oils I test that my friend makes. I paid w samsung pay bc she didnt want me to leave and not come back. Today I went in because I broke mine. I asked the Indian gentlemen up from and he said, "no we dont sell those here." I explained that he did and he was adamant to tell me no he doesn't. So, I started explain that I bought one before and the woman who sold it to me as well as I paid w my debit card. He then tells me she will be here after 7pm. But it is 3. I'm going to take it as him thinking I was a meth addict and buying it for that, instead of him being racist. We like this place! Good prices compared to other local smoke shops, fun pipes. Owner or front cashier man was very nice and answered lots of random questions 5 minutes before closing. I think we may even have dawdled after closing and he was still very happy we were there. My friends and I bought a hookah here for $40, brought it home to find out it had a big crack on the bottom of the base. We bring it back and he won't give us a refund or exchange it for a new one. We looked at the other hookahs and two were broken. He claims he gets them for free that is why they are cheap. Don't buy anything here unless you like buying faulty products. The clerk started a big commotion over this claiming he did not sell it to us broken, when obviously if two other pieces were broken then yes he did. Screw this place! read more

I've been coming to Smokes & More for about a year or so now to purchase new products for my e-cig whenever things break or wear out. His prices are a little higher than you would get online but sometimes he'll offer a replacement on tanks if they start to leak or burn out after two weeks. That is something you'll never get from an online retailer. The owner is also constantly getting new flavors of e-juice, the newest one which I've got loaded up in my new AreoTank is probably my favorite one in my 6 years of vaping. Not only that but he's always on the lookout for new products and lets me know when he'll be getting the new products in to stay current.
