I stumbled upon this store looking for smoke shops that deliver. Advertising fast same day delivery I wanted to give it a try. The prices for the disposable vapes were normal, which was good. However, delivery for a house that was 3 miles away or a 8-10 minute drive from the shop cost $30; that's more than the disposable vape itself. I placed the order and verified my ID at 3:30pm and received a text that my order should be at my location in approximately 45 minutes. It took approximately 2 hours for the delivery to arrive. If the store is going to charge top dollar to deliver, wouldn't you expect top delivery service? Companies like Ubereats, Uber, doordash, and post mates don't even charge that much. In my opinion, I'm sure it's a great store, traffic can build up, there can be other orders, but I do not think it should take over 2 hours to deliver to a house that's 3 miles away. Great store to stop by, but I would 2nd guess about getting delivery. Update: In regards to customer service, they are excellent and very polite. I was issued a full refund for the inconvenience and will definitely be stopping by the store to give them my business again. read more
