We took our little girl for her first time haircut which can be very stressful for puppies. Lisa made it simple and very comfortable for her. Our puppy was able to roam around and feel at home while having her hair cut. Lisa is very warm and welcoming. The boutique itself is clean and doesn't smell bad like other places. Also she thankfully does NOT use cage dryers which is a huge deal for me! Cage dryers are super dangerous. Google it at your own risk. However, everything was functioning and worked well. I brought my own but they provided several dog shampoo options. The food order was flawless. The manager took my order. My dog is FILLED with energy. We don't have a fenced in yard, so getting his full extent of…read moreexercise is hard to do by ourselves. He is also a runner, so letting him run off the leash is impossible without searching the entire town for him. A friend recommended the Snuggery to us to help him get some energy out, but also to allow us to get a break from the energy. We dropped him off for daycare and it was like he came home a different dog. He was actually TIRED, for once in his life. We have loved The Snuggery since and enjoy taking him to have a good time. We have since used them for boarding and when we needed to get our windows replaced at home. I love that they post pictures and I get to see how much fun he had. We will continue to use The Snuggery for any daycare or boarding needs. ONE LAST THING, when I take him in the car to The Snuggery, he is calm in the car at first, but then he tries to bolt out of my car when we pull up. He loves it there.
