There used to be one guy here who did a great job and he hasn't been around now for maybe a year. This was a second chance for this remaining crew because their first attempt was laughable. Literally. Our poor little guy looked hilarious but we thought "Hair grows out right?" So we gave them another chance. Two chances were plenty. Never going here again. My little guy has a LOT of hair. I made sure his top and most of his sides were knot-free so they could keep some good length on him. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, a simple puppy cut about 1" long everywhere. They listened attentively and even took the picture for reference and then apparently DECIDED A BUZZ CUT WAS BETTER FOR MY POOR LITTLE DOG. I want to stress that I have brought him in more tangled and with more knots than I did yesterday and the gentleman who obviously does not work there anymore did a wonderful job. FIND A BETTER PLACE!!! please. you'll thank me.

If you paid me back for work you hadn't done, there wouldn't be a judgment against you for hundreds of dollars. You're lucky I didn't ask for all of it back. BE CAREFUL! Walked our dog around the block, back in her car and on her way in 10 minutes - 26$ per visit for months before I noticed. Constant cancellations/excuses, always came in during 2 hour block specifically asked not to come to not wake up baby, poor communication. After being fired - took a week to return keys and would not refund money for prepaid cat care weeks in advance or work days missed. Still waiting for payment after small claims court. Complains about lack of clients and people being tight with their wallets. Absolute liar and thief.

Tami has been our dog walker Mon-Friday for the last 10+ years. She has been through the good and…read morethe bad of caring for my aged/dying pups and handling my new puppies. She has proven time and again that she is aware of not only the pups' issues but informs me promptly of home or property issues that might be happening while I am away. She has also cared for my pups while we're on vacation and I have total peace of mind that if anything happened while we're gone, she would contact me and act in the best interest of my pups. My dogs are often more excited to see her than me. I can't imagine anyone else that I would trust more in my home or with my pups.
