I was told the parts should arrive within 3-5 days. More than a month passed without any communication, updates, or follow-up from the service company. I eventually had to contact GE myself to obtain the necessary parts. Now that I have the parts, I still cannot get the service company to schedule a technician to install them. This repair should be completed under warranty, and I should not have to repeatedly follow up or coordinate the repair myself. Waiting more than a month with no communication, having to obtain the parts myself, and now being unable to get the repair completed is completely unacceptable.
