This is the way ALL companies should make contact with potential customers!!!! The electricians Erjon (Master Electrician) and Riti were impeccable! The work was first rate, the clean up afterward was the best. They did such a professional job, I had them come back TWO more times. They installed recessed lighting in my kitchen and living room. Then they came back and installed a ceiling fan, under kitchen sink wiring for a light fixture and disposal, and new switching for a bathroom light fixture and vent fan. I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. He ended up quoting me over $13K for a panel replacement (not even an upgrade- $15K for upgrade)!!! Insane. Then he was being extremely pushy and pressuring me that my issue was urgent and I needed to decide that day or my house would burn down (spoiler alert- it didn't). I had 3 other electricians quote for the same work in the $4-6K range which included the panel upgrade so we ended up getting it done by someone else for less than 1/3 of their quoted price.
