DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! THEY SELL MISLEADING PRODUCTS. I bought a vape with 2k puffs (Bang) and it ran out in a day, which is way faster than my previous vapes from other shops (usually last me 1-2 weeks, i vape very casually.) I bring it back the next day and they gave me a new one since it was defected for free (awesome!) The not awesome part is THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENING AGAIN. I was skeptical after the first day and kept track of how many puffs and i got less than 100 puffs before it died on me. I tried asking for a refund or a different brand the next day and they told me to leave. Terrible people with terrible products. read more

Super unhappy. Went in for a simple battery, was sold a battery that lasted 24 hours and wouldn't work after that. The sales person told me to click 5 times to turn on but still doesn't work. No lights, no indication of anything. Very disappointed as I went far out of my way to come here after seeing great reviews. This a small tobacco shop, but the selection of cigars is amazing and also they have some of the best prices in the entire bay area. Great customer service, very friendly crew. However they are not very knowledgeable about vaping. They have a small selection of juice and mods.
