His work ethic and attention to detail are nothing short of extraordinary. He constantly goes above and beyond the job he was hired for. A few months ago, I noticed one of my gutter covers on the ground, so Cody took it upon himself to check my entire gutter system and make sure every single cover was securely screwed down--something that wasn't even on his schedule for the day. To top it off, he encountered a active wasp nest while working on the roof. What was suspicious was that I received a quote for a new HVAC less than an hour later and several more later. Before discovering the emailed quote, I requested the tech clean the new system on a later date. This was a little over a month ago. Today, both systems are blowing hot air. Coincidently both HVACs stopped at the within days of each other. If I buy new HVAC's, it won't be from an organization where one system was fine and supposedly the serviced HVAC found no leaks. Just because they call you SIR, does not mean they have your best interest in mind. I do not recommend this company.

I checked the air filter and they were pretty clean. When he finished, he left the thermostat at 77f and the light on in the apartment. He checked the other unit which I don't use much. It heats/cools a sunroom which is about 450sf. The fan continually runs so he thought it might need a new thermostat. That was ruled out but he left the old thermostat hanging about 3" out of the wall. I didn't realize until the next day, he left the unit at 68F running Emergency Heat. OMG! However, they suggested replacing the unit with $7000 new unit bc the current unit is "old" (it heats and cools fine).

He explained every step of his process to me, showing me before and after photos, cleaned up afterward, and was nice to my dog to boot. After struggling to find reliable contractors in the DMV, especially with HVAC, these guys are a gem (and more affordable than every other quote I got). I can already tell the air quality is greatly improved, which is great for my asthma.
