I saw Charlene during the pre-pandemic days and I'm now returning. The services I consistently get are lash tinting and I get my capillaries zapped around my nostrils. This was my first time at her new location too and Wow, it's posh and lovely! Lash tinting from her is consistently amazing! I have very sensitive eyes and can't wear mascara. Tinting helps so much and she is careful with the application. She does a phenomenal job. I'm so impressed by her light touch and deep tint results. The capillary zapping is ouchy, but it's brief discomfort for wonderful results. I have had a similar process done at a clinic nearby (which I will not name), and the results failed - AND cost 3x as much. Charlene makes those ugly spidery capillaries disappear! She's so excellent! If you fight those ugly red capillaries around the nose, see her! You will be amazed. Charlene is amazing! I've been going to her for 3 years, and I followed her after she left her last workplace. I now drive 30 minutes out of my way to see her...she is that good! She provides a relaxing atmosphere, and gives great beauty tips. I've had my arms and legs waxed many times, but was skeptical about trying a Brazilian wax. She made me feel comfortable and now I get it done on a regular basis. I've tried some of her products, and so far everything I have tried works really well. She only sells products she has tried on herself and believes in, and is never pushy, so I trust her. (don't you hate it when people try to sell you stuff you don't need!) After reading reviews, I decided to see Charlene to help with acne and scarring. I started having skin issues a few years ago in my mid-twenties. I recently went to Charlene for a bikini wax. I had never had this done before. Coming into her room, I was pleased to find it pretty and relaxing with soothing colors and music. Charlene is incredibly professional. She explained how she would do the procedure. The bikini wax procedure itself was very careful and thorough.
