We were unable to pick it up until Monday morning, which was not a problem. My son and I popped in and I was walked through all that was repaired. Communication is a bit abrasive and sometimes sarcastic, but most importantly they DO provide quality service and seem honest, based on my limited experience and other reviews. It was fun sitting in the waiting area and watching all the regulars come through. Would consider coming back for more serious car issues, which hopefully never happens!

Absolute scammer. He estimated 45 min for my car. I knew the adjustment I needed should've have…read moretaken no more than 30 min, but I let it slide figuring they were just busy with other cars. He had it for nearly 2 hours before calling me to tell me he couldn't do anything to adjust the brakes unless he tore the whole thing open, which would've cost me $1400. I told him I'd look elsewhere. They held onto my car for nearly another hour to just put the tire back on! When I got there, they said they cleaned the drums and pads and everything, which I didn't ask them to, and then he charged me for that work. Dude's shop is a scam. I took it elsewhere and they took 25 min, didn't have to take anything off the car, and it works like a charm now.

've been bringing my vehicle here for years. When I needed a vacuum leak fixed, I trusted them like…read morealways and approved the estimate. Picked it up with the check engine light still on. Codes showed the problem had been there for hours - they never fixed it. This should have been a straightforward repair. When I asked what happened, staff were dismissive. Aliyah claimed my CV axles were causing a rough idle and suggested replacing them. That has nothing to do with a vacuum leak. I asked if they'd performed a smoke test. She said no because of a tear in the intake hose. But you have to seal the intake to run a smoke test - the tear would need to be fixed first for any diagnostics to work. Either they didn't do the work or they're making excuses. I paid for a simple fix I didn't get. After years of loyal business, I expected better. This isn't the shop I thought I knew. Feels like they took advantage of that trust.

I feel that they are just trying to make money and don't own up to the mechanics mistakes. I really think their mechanic needs more training or a new mechanic. This will be the last time I wright about this and I will be going to a new place that seems more transparent .they said they will let me look at what is leaking .when I tried to do that they made me go out of the area.
