Have used them for a few different…read moreissues, and each time I have felt satisfied in their work, in no small part because they stand behind their work. Our minivan needed a new transmission at the beginning of 2021, and they were able to work through an option that worked for us financially. Not only that, but a bit later when something weird started happening, they stood behind their work and helped us track it down (turns out in addition to the transmission itself there was also an issue with the electrical connections going from the computer to the transmission). Some shops would have just said "not our problem, sorry", but they went above and beyond to make things work and get our van back on the road. This will definitely be my go-to place for any future transmission work I might need for any other vehicles we get.

I was able to bring the car in the next day, and pick it up the following day. I will be bringing the car back in 10 days for a check up as well. I really appreciate the transparency, the communication, and the speed of service and would recommend this shop to anyone in need of transmission work!

've been bringing my vehicle here for years. When I needed a vacuum leak fixed, I trusted them like…read morealways and approved the estimate. Picked it up with the check engine light still on. Codes showed the problem had been there for hours - they never fixed it. This should have been a straightforward repair. When I asked what happened, staff were dismissive. Aliyah claimed my CV axles were causing a rough idle and suggested replacing them. That has nothing to do with a vacuum leak. I asked if they'd performed a smoke test. She said no because of a tear in the intake hose. But you have to seal the intake to run a smoke test - the tear would need to be fixed first for any diagnostics to work. Either they didn't do the work or they're making excuses. I paid for a simple fix I didn't get. After years of loyal business, I expected better. This isn't the shop I thought I knew. Feels like they took advantage of that trust.

I just want to say that there was a guy that worked there when I first started to go there he was Asian I don't remember his name. I felt that he was trustworthy. These guys now I feel they are not. I feel that they are just trying to make money and don't own up to the mechanics mistakes. I really think their mechanic needs more training or a new mechanic. This will be the last time I wright about this and I will be going to a new place that seems more transparent .they said they will let me look at what is leaking .when I tried to do that they made me go out of the area. My 08 Chevy Uplander mini van had needed a transmission for a year now. The quotes I was getting…read morefar exceed the value of the van so it sat until I found someone reasonable or the car fell apart in my driveway. By happen chance, I saw an add for them on Facebook then referenced Yelp to read some reviews. I shot them an email and Joe got back to me the following day. After very short chats, it was clear my transmission was shot. Something I already knew. It had been dying for a while and was just running first and second gear for a bit. They quoted me an all inclusive price of an installed rebuild and the quote was the reasonable one I was looking for. I signed off on the work that day and they sent a tow truck to my house to get my van. The tow was free and it was running from my house in SW Denver to 115th in Northglenn. That would be a 200 dollar tow if I had to pay for it. It only took them four days to complete the work. When I arrived to get the van, Joe told me to watch for leaks and if there is anything I don't like, bring it back. He said he would gladly tow it if needed. It came with a three year 100k warranty on parts AND labor. That's a huge deal. I firmly believe that if I have a problem, Joe and Ram's Transmission will stand behind their product and their work. This was an extremely positive and uplifting experience and that's not something I'm often say about car repair shops. Thanks Joe S.

If I could leave a zero star rating I 100% would. Worst automotive place! They are dishonest, rude…read moreand VERY unprofessional! We have taken a truck in for transmission repair not only did they lie about the work and warranty they stole upgraded parts that were on the vehicle! Did a poor job on the "repairs" and pretty much doubled the price. If your looking to be ripped off, taken advantage of, treated poorly and then still have to take it elsewhere where for an actual repair this is the place for you but I would suggest just save the hassle and money!

Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues. We were slated to leave the next morning at 5am, so we woke up at 3am to get ready and take the dog out on a walk, where we discovered the splash guard hanging completely on the ground underneath the car (first image + video below). So we had to delay our trip out by 2 hours just to bring it back in. Told them my frustrations with having our travel delayed, and wasn't really met with any sort of apology / compensation. Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. Looked under the car and see that part of the guard underneath is held together with a zip tie! (Second image + video) Absolutely insane work. Completely disgusted with the shoddy work and the lack of attention + care.
