(Which is about $60 in credits, much better than the $99 retail on the facial, but still, it's quite a bit of $$.) I arrived a little more than 10 minutes early for my appointment, and at first no one greeted me. There was someone doing lashes in the back, but she ignored me as expected. About 10 minutes later, the receptionist came up and greeted me. The esthetician was running behind, I believe she had a lash appointment before me. So she didn't get to me until 10 - 15 minutes after my appointment should have started. The space that they use for facials is in the back room of the house - it smells quite musty and almost litter box-like. It's also right next to where they keep their washing machine and dryer, which was extremely distracting during the facial. She also mentioned that they had just rearranged the room, so she was struggling to find things - and consequentially, she kept bumping into the table with her rolly chair as she searched for items in the room. I was hoping for a relaxing facial, but unfortunately I didn't experience that at Live Love Lash.

Ali is absolutely amazing! I 10/10 would recommend her services. Smoothe is the best place to go to. Ali is so kind and knowledgable and definitely knows what is best for any type of skin. I was relaxed and comfortable at Smoothe and can't wait to treat myself and go back! I received a Silk Peel (Hydro Facial) from Ali about 2 weeks ago and my skin is STILL glowing and is so smooth - I got a million compliments on my skin and have recommended that all my friends go to Ali! I loved the exfoliating gel she put on my skin - it removed all my dead skin and I could tell what she was doing really worked! I also received a brow/lash tint from her and both my brows and lashes looked so good I didn't have to wear makeup! As a blonde it's hard to find a natural looking brow tint, but Ali did the BEST job and I can't wait to go back to her for all my brow tints. Also, as someone with light brown lashes - her lash tint was phenomenal. Both my brow/lash tint looked amazing and if you're in the Denver area this is the best place to go! Microneedling is something that I have wanted to do for a long time, so after the holidays, I decided that I needed to treat myself to it. After researching, I found that it works best after multiple sessions; Smoothe has great reviews, and I found the price of the 4-pack to be perfect for me. I have one microneedling session left, and the experience with Ali has been wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and practiced with her services. Microneedling isn't a gentle procedure, but Ali preps and numbs the skin throughly. The atmosphere of the room is calming; it's clean, comfortable, and Ali always has good music playing. Before my second needling session, she tinted my lashes, which was a very cool addition. For years I have been trying to reduce the Melasma that I have from a hormonal birth control, and I have always disliked the texture on my face. Microneedling has given me so much more confidence because it has greatly improved my skin. I feel confident enough to leave my house without foundation now! I will continue to see Ali for microneedling, as needed, and I plan on trying Laser, SilkPeel, and possibly a lash lift and tint in the future. I had a few treatments at Smoothe Denver while I was visiting the area. I'm in my early 40's and live in the Caribbean and therefore am in the sun a lot. Over the years, I've developed skin pigmentation that I wanted to try to lighten up so I had was the VI Peel (which is a skin-resurfacing treatment). I peeled fairly quickly and was pleased with my results and intend to do these quarterly to maintain the lasting effect. The after-treatment process, which requires a specific regimen, was simple and effective. I also had a lash tint which I loved - I hate fussing with mascara but because I'm blonde I use it on the regular otherwise I look like I don't have lashes at all! But after having my lashes tinted I was able to wake up, curl and go! A week after my peel, I returned to get a hydrating facial which literally left my skin glowing. I can't say enough nice things about the owner of Smoothe Denver, Ali Ramos. She is prompt, professional, and adept at her craft all the while being personable and warm - being in her presence is like a ray of sunshine to your day. read more

Ali gave me a lovely Silk Peel yesterday. My skin was instantly quenched and had a beautiful glow. I regularly get SkinMedica chemical peels and love them but will also be adding this hydrating peel to my regimen. You don't have any visible peeling with the Silk Peel and I will use it in my regimen for a great go and glow treatment with no downtime and the instant plumping was fabulous! Ali is very knowledgeable and I loved how she walked me through what she was doing during my treatment. After my peel, she applied a TNS Hydrating Masque and treated me to a wonderful hand and arm massage....you don't always experience this in a medical aesthetic setting and it was an unexpected, relaxing treat! The Lavender Sandalwood Calming Body Cream she used was dreamy and I smelled like I had been at the spa all day! My sister and I are the types of people to research the crap out of any service that will dent the bank account so I'll be honest I was a little skeptical of the lash lift and eyebrow tint concept. I just had my first treatment at Smoothe and am really excited to go back already! I decided to get the Silk Peel and Dermaplane combo (both a first for me) and am so happy with how my skin feels! I also was very impressed with how Alicia offered to clean up my brows, as well as tint them and my lashes as a part of the service; totally was not expecting that at all, but it made such a positive difference and now I'm dying to try the lash lift. I was initially a bit nervous because Colorado has really affected my skin in an unflattering way, but Alicia was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the process, making me excited/curious to try more treatments, without also making me feel like my face was being critiqued (I have experienced this at other places). Ali is absolutely fantastic! Not only is she professional, she is also fun and genuinely interested in her clients. She went out of her way to help me get prepared for a trip I had been planning for a year. I wanted to do eyelash extensions, but she was honest with me and would not allow me to do them, as I already have naturally long eyelashes. Instead, she suggested a lift and tint. While in her office for that appointment, she also tinted my eyebrows in lieu of me going to get them micro bladed. She made me look absolutely beautiful, while also saving me $100s of dollars. Two weeks later I went back for my touch up just before leaving for this trip, and in addition she generously gave me a travel pack of skincare products along with a micro dermabrasion and waxed my nose. I got my first lash lift here, it has been a month & my lashes look great! I have not felt the need to wear falsies since I got the lift. I just throw on some mascara & even without it, the lashes look great. The lift helps me look very awake even with little sleep. Alicia was very nice & knowledgeable in answering my questions about the lift. Her room was very relaxing and clean and the price was very good too! She suggested we not do the tint as my lashes were already pretty dark. I appreciated her not having me go through another process of getting them tinted if I did not need it. It's only been my second session with ali and I already feel different (in a good way) she gives me the confident I lost years ago when I started battling acne and acne scarring I never left the house without makeup even to run to the store, but she's told me how much my skin is appreciating the no makeup look, she tells me what I'm doing right and what I can improve on (unlike other people who were always telling me what I did wrong) she makes sure I feel comfortable and always makes me feel like I've been a client of hers for years. Just like Ali said at my appointment "this is the service I never knew I needed". She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process explaining everything as she went. I am so happy with my eyelash lift and tint and eyebrow tint! She really took her time to make sure all of my lashes were fanned out during the lift which I appreciated as I am a perfectionist when it comes to how my lashes look. Her space was clean and cozy and the full-body heating pad is a must on a cold day. If you book with her (and you should), make sure you read her email about parking to save yourself the headache I got from not reading the details and struggling to find parking. I started going to Smooth for the eye enhancer combo, and I wont go anywhere else. Not only is she more affordable than many competitors, especially the chains, her work is better. My lash lifts last a full two months with just a tint at about four weeks. Fantastic, clean, professional. I have the "renew" subscription, and Alicia's microneedling is by far the most effective I have ever had. The difference is noticeable the same day. There's never any hard sell on anything, but she is knowledgeable and happy to make recommendations, even for products and services she, herself, doesn't provide. Incidentally, she talks just the right amount - not awkwardly quiet, but also no pressure to make mind-numbing small talk for an hour. Ali is not only very knowledgeable and and experienced, she has great hands. As a retired dentist, I know when someone's hand skills are lacking. Alicia is on her game. The results of my lash lift were fantastic. I'll be back in 8 weeks for another visit. Smoothe is in the 4500 medical building on 9th, with the pull in driveway and complimentary valet across from Rose Medical. You can also park on the street or across the street in the parking garage. Once you enter the building, go straight and it's the first suite on the left. I was a little skeptical of a 5 star rating. Could she really be that good? In my experience, absolutely. There was no steamer, the mask felt like a simple paper mask, and the rubber gloves made the service feel more medical than relaxing. What disappointed me most was what was missing: no neck or chest massage, no hand or arm massage, and overall very little of the relaxing "spa" experience you usually expect during a facial. The esthetician herself was kind and professional; please note that she did great. My issue is more with the overall service and value from the spa. But honestly, the experience felt very basic for the cost.

The aesthetician I've worked with the longest is Maddy and she always does an incredible job. I recently had a facial from Ellee as well, and it was great! I enjoyed the variety of services they offer and so far my favorites have been the hydra facial, the clean and natural and the Sculpt. With my membership I get a free add-on every month and I typically go for the enzyme mask which not only feels great but smells like chocolate. One of my favorite things about visiting face foundry is that they always offer a weighted blanket. I love to go at the end of the workday or the end of a long weekend when I'm exhausted and the weighted blanket helps me shake off any stress. So far, I'm very happy I joined this membership and added a little bit of 'treat myself' to every month. looking forward to my facial in September ! (:

The consultation felt more like a sales pitch than a personalized assessment, and I was rushed into a treatment that clearly wasn't right for my skin. I don't have acne or significant sun damage, and I raised some concerns beforehand--but they went ahead anyway. After the procedure, I was left with visible burns on my face. There was no clear aftercare guidance, and no real follow-up to check how I was doing. I'm now dealing with the aftermath of a treatment that caused more harm than help. I can't recommend Skin Laundry. At best, it was an aggressive upsell. At worst, it was unsafe.

We had mentioned this was a special event for our group, and it was made so special. The entire space was set up so thoughtfully for Valentine's Day--everything was adorable and felt festive without being over the top. We were welcomed with pink Red Bull, strawberry mimosas, and chocolate-covered strawberries, which was such a fun touch and really set the tone for the day. I had a facial and brow wax and tint, and both were fantastic. Cheri did my facial and it was truly relaxing--especially the chocolate mask, which smelled amazing and felt incredible. The shoulder and arm massage during the facial was the cherry on top. My brows look so much better, and it was honestly the least painful wax I have ever had. Such a relaxing, well-done experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a special treat or a little self-care.

I've gotten the 2 laser facials and 2 power duos; I was looking to target a more even skin tone, pore size, textured acne scarring and redness. After the first power duo treatment I could tell a significant difference. I appreciate Meredith gave me realistic expectations and didn't try to oversell results. I'm scheduled for my third round in a few weeks and I'm sincerely excited to see how my scarring is already significantly less noticeable due to a more even skin tone, little to no redness, pores are noticeably smaller and my skin barrier is healthy.
