I was happy with the smoothies I got here. When we were here, we went to this location a few times, and my smoothies were always perfect. The employee was very nice, even though she was the only person there. The store was clean and well-stocked. I've noticed some locations have sticky floors, but this one was just fine. I love going to smoothie king for their angel food smoothie. The smoothie if made right, is usually filling, sweet and refreshing. Its one of my favorite smoothies on their menu. Besides the angel food, I'll order their lean one chocolate smoothie as a meal replacement. That smoothie is definitely filling and is filled with protein. I've been a long time customer of smoothie king and been a rewards member for years. I do enjoy their current rewards program rather than the old one. Its seem as though I earn more discounts faster and they offer more perks exclusively for their reward members. I love the brand but its hard to actually get someone consistent with making the smoothies right. Sometimes I go to this particular store and the service is great and my smoothie is delicious and then other times I go here and the service is awful and the smoothie is not good. Ordered a smoothie and PB swizzle bowl. The young kid made the bowl and used expired old mushy pruny blue berries on the bowl. I proceeded to ask him about it, I tried them and they were obviously old, and he told me they were the only ones he had. I asked if he would eat them and he said "probably not" BUT STILL PUT THEM ON TOP FOR US TO EAT. Crazy. We have visited this location a few times recently and each time service was quick, restaurant was clean, and smoothies were delicious!

This Smoothie King is located in the Fresh Market shopping center on Biscayne Blvd. in Aventura (at 181st and Biscayne). They have plenty of free parking in the shopping center as well. I ordered my 20 oz. Pure Recharge Strawberry smoothie via the Smoothie King app before I left my home and designated a pick-up time of 3:15 PM. I arrived at 3:20 PM and went to the online order pick-up area when I arrived and my smoothie wasn't there. I provided one of the workers with my name and mentioned I was there to pick-up an order and he rolled his eyes and kept working on other orders. I then was watching other drinks being prepared and finally saw my name pop up in the line of drinks. After about 5 minutes, my drink was delivered, but I also thought it was unacceptable that the drink was 10 minutes after the deadline window. I also wouldn't recommend using the online order feature because I saw another smoothie that had been prepared and was sitting in a plastic drink holder melting. However, I absolutely loved my smoothie, it was very tasty and had a lot of flavor and all fruits tasted very fresh. However, service was a disgrace to anyone who works with the public. read more

Smoothie King has two new smoothies that are supposed to boost your metabolism. The flavors are strawberry pineapple and mango ginger. I ordered the mango ginger and Clyde ordered the strawberry pineapple. I love smoothies especially when it's hot outside. They're so refreshing. I usually order fruit flavors. Smoothie King has lots of different flavors. They also have many additives for nutrition, health, diet, etc. I usually don't add anything to my smoothie, but a metabolism booster sounded good to me. We both agreed that the two smoothies were pretty good, but not great. We each tried both. Even though the smoothies had fruit in their names they didn't have a fruity taste. Clyde said his wasn't fruity or sweet enough. He planned to add a sweetener when we got home. I could taste the ginger in my drink but not the flavor of mangoes. Both drinks had a metabolism booster added. That may have covered up the fruit flavors. I'll still go back to Smoothie King. I'll probably stick to a plain fruit flavor. We couldn't tell if the drinks boosted our metabolism. I guess it's possible. read more

Love the ample parking! First time going to smoothie king and I felt like I was at the gym lll. They had a lot of nutrition, protein bars and protein powder. It was very cool to see that at a smoothie location. So upon entering their card system was down so it was cash only. You may need to call ahead to see if they can take cards, or just take cash in advance. The cashier was nice and we didn't wait long, maybe around 10 mins for our smoothie. We did notice that there were three other customers in front of us waiting and god knows how long they waited because it was only the cashier. After we ordered, the cashier called the other two employees to come out and help. I hate when I see a struggling single employee ask for help from his coworkers. So once the other two came out, the girl was talking on the phone as she was preparing the smoothie. That's hot very sanitary not professional. Love love love these smoothies. If you don't have the app yet, get it. With rewards, your smoothies are priced very competitively. I always get the vegan dark chocolate banana. Great on it's own but also amazing with coffee or peanut butter added. Very easy meal replacer. Fridays are great to visit because you can go from a 20oz. to a 32oz. for only a dollar more. It was quite delicious and a pretty good price. It was a good price because the staff members at the counter looked all over and found me a sheet of coupons! It was so nice because all I did was ask if there were any discounts. They really understand the meaning of customer service. I would never consider going back there. The attendants are always the trashiest most uneducated suspects of the community. They treated an officer in a very unappreciative way. I can't complain because they gave me an extra chocolate banana smoothie they made extra and the left overs of the smoothie I ordered (I ordered 3 extra enhancements ((buy 2 get one free)). Usually they make more when you add enhancements so make sure to ask for the leftovers). My initial order was the lemon ginger spinach smoothie with added strawberries, multi vitamin, and protein. This smoothie is super sweet. If you don't like it too sweet don't order this. Either that's how it is, or they put too much lemon or too much Splenda, I can't tell. This is the only smoothie place in the area I know of so I'd most likely return. It's big, clean, and has snacks and energy/supplements for those who need it (although you're probably more suited to visit the VitaminShoppe 50 steps to the right...). Either way, it's a quick in and out for smoothie lovers alike. Walking thru the door, my best friend and I was greeted with a loud, energetic "Hello, welcome to Smoothie King".. The 2 employees working the counter greeted us in a very inviting tone. I love that. Very few businesses will acknowledge you, let alone greet every person as soon as you walk through the door. Because we had just come from working out, I needed something to refuel. I was very confused and undecided in choosing what I wanted. My best friend had made her own shake filled with kale, other fruits and veggies. So of course she wanted me to order the healthiest green smoothie they offered (blah).. I on the other hand, wanted something sweet and delicious. The smoothie King associate gave me a suggestion and told me to try a smoothie called the Hulk. It has ice cream and milk in it and I am lactose intolerant (it sucks) lol.. But he assured me that once I tried it I would never try anything else on the menu and that the milk could be substituted with soy milk.
