I went to pick up my order last night, and due to an accident blocking the road, arrived at 9:02. The lights were on, but the door was locked. While I understand they close at 9, the woman closing the store was extremely unprofessional. I knocked on the door, and she looked at me and shook her head, then looked back down to (I assume) continue closing out the register. I tried to shout through the window that I was only there to pick up a package, and she looked up, shook her head again, and appeared to point to signal for me to go away. I knocked once more, and she proceeded to go to the back and turn off all the lights. Once again, I understand the register and systems to process a customer were closed, but it shouldn't be an issue to hand someone an Amazon package and lock the door again. Being a pickup location for the largest retailer in the world, in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, this behavior doesn't leave me too reassured about the quality of service that employee could provide for GNC's own products and services.

She not only made sure I got the order asap, she was super nice and a pleasure to deal with. Without those three employees working in the deli, I would have gone to one of the three other Publix stores we have within a few minutes of each other.
