Disappointed in the pricing of this location. The acai bowls that are premade are anywhere between $18-$20. You can make your own for $13.50 but with sides that are pretty hefty in the price. I ordered two acai bowls, $35 later, the size is EXTREMELY disappointing. I literally thought I was given a child size. Either lower the price, or make the bowl Compared to other spots in the area, you could go to Smoothie King on Kendall Drive and get a better sized bowl for $12. read more

First time going to this location and never coming back. It honestly looked like Sunday is the day they decide to serve whatever was left from the week. What I mean is that NOTHING was fresh, the quinoa was toasted from being on the warmer from days, the chicken was sooo dry and it tasty like old chicken, the tomatoes were smooshed. When I came back to the counter to ask one of the employees to please give me freshly made chicken she said that was the only chicken they had at the moment so I ended up taking the chicken out of my bowl for them to serve steak that was ok or at least not dry. The flattop was off meaning everything was just from the day before or God knows from how many days... I have been to other locations and never had an experience like this I'm not sure if this is franchise but someone needs to supervise the quality of the food here. read more

Chicken bowl doesn't have chicken it has pork with fat in it and mushrooms are burnt. My açaí smoothie is literally brown and it doesn't taste like açaí. I always order from the Kendall location and it never looks like this, I definitely recommend that spot instead. I have been going to the Smoothie Spot on 152 and 72 since they opened personally know the owners the one on 117 and 88th is also wonderful but this one in the cris a franchise and every time i go because i'm close there's an issue . Today I ordered an açaí bowl and it was frozen and there was more coconut and honey then fruits and the açaí was a scoop and completely frozen . I hate to do bad reviews but this place needs to figure it out . The last time I came the smoothie was terrible when i went in to tell them that it tasted like it was expired they told me they couldn't redo it . Terrible service . read more

Not allergy friendly!! We placed an order and included in the instructions that we have a Serious nut allergy. We added granola to the bowl which was our mistake. However, the company knowing it was a nut allergy still put the granola on the bowl which contains a mix of several nuts. They could of left it off or put it on the side and informed us when we arrived that it contained nuts. Instead, they fought with us insisting it was 100% our fault for not knowing their ingredients which are not listed on the website. As someone with a nut allergy most places do take these precautions which is why we assumed they would have too. I would not recommend this place for someone with allergies. Very lucky we did not go to the hospital today. read more
