You can get a free 4 oz sample of their Pickle Juice Smoothie which is only today (5/16). My daughter told us about it and wanted to try it. The first thing that I could taste was salt, then pickle brine and then a faint taste of banana. It also has kale, apple juice blend, coconut water & apple juice blend. It was different... Yes, it's a Smoothie King, but the hospitality from the general manager Kashena separated this store from other smoothie businesses. We chatted about marketing options that she is in the process of promoting. The protein powders along the wall were well organized and the store was clean. A notice on the counter indicated that if customers use the Smoothie King QR code and leave a review, you will get $1.00 off your next visit. Dont forget the long time deal of Friday $5.00 protein smoothies. I ordered a strawberry Hulk Smoothie for $7.45 that Kashena blended fresh in front of me. I order my smoothie and toast ahead of time every time, however I can no longer keep coming here because every time nothing is ready, even past the time it should be. Parking is available in the lot in front of the store. There was no line when I arrived or other customer in the store. Only one person was working so my order (2 x drinks & 2 x toast) took around 25 minutes from payment to food in hand. Everything was good to eat and drinks came out as expected. Pre-ordered a new smoothie called Dude Perfect. It was supposed to be ordered by 3 PM as I ordered it at 11:30 AM. I showed up at 2:55 PM not expecting it to be ready, but they already made it. I pleasantly surprised but then I tasted it and it wasn't cold and refreshing. Still delicious. Highly recommend it. The cup not so much lol. Smoothie King was slow moving today, not sure if there was a new employee, or if it was just understaffed. We waited about 5-7 minutes before being helped, and another 5-10 before we both had our smoothies. Vladimir (I think that was his name, curly blondish hair) was trying to help the other employee make the smoothies, and it sounded like he was having him correct some mistakes. He told the other guy to take his time and not worry about hurrying to get customers their orders. I do appreciate that he stressed the need to get the order correct. The one thing that really stood out to me was that there was zero music playing. Very odd. Everyone was sitting around waiting for their smoothies and the only sound was the blender. Awkward! When I ordered two smoothies on my lunch break, the place was insanely packed and no one was following covid protocols. There were maybe 6 "employees" behind the counter not even in uniforms that looked like random high schoolers they grabbed as soon as class got out. I watched them mess up another customers order and took way too long to make everyone's orders. This place felt unmanaged and disorganized. Took my entire lunch break just to wait for a smoothie when it should've taken way less time. The two ladies working were consumed by their discussion of "witches" (with a "b") from school to notice the five customers waiting to be helped. While there, two smoothies (including my own) were made incorrectly, and instead of a quick apology and fix, the employees laughed at the disgusting consistency of they product they made. Normally I come into smoothie Kings and employees seem bored or uninterested, but today I had the best experience! I don't yelp often but when I do it's because I was really satisfied with my experience. Ollie took our order and suggested new things we should try out, both my friend and I LOVED his suggestions. This location used to be great but with new employees not so much. Ordered a 20 oz & girl put way too much ice & didn't seem to follow the small, medium or large cup for ice when she poured my smoothie into the cup more than half was left back into the blender to just wash down the drain..smh hate to see food go to waste even if its just a smoothie. The People are pretty nice which makes for a nice experience. The smoothies are pretty good but they can be a little watery but the flavor is always great . They also have a nice selection of protein bars and powder for making your own smoothies. Every time I come here I always get the peanut power plus with chocolate, it tastes really good though it is pretty rich. Also the seating is pretty limited but the place is pretty small so it's not surprising. I would rather go to a bigger smoothie king if available because I like to sit down rather than get my smoothie, protein bar and running out. The place can get pretty crowded but I guess that's good because it means that the smoothies are good. I just wish this place was a little bigger. So yeah, theirs smoothie king for you. read more

This is a newer Smoothie King located in a small Cooper City strip mall. The location is convenient for me and the lot offers ample parking. The store is clean, they're always stocked with various goodies and the staff are very pleasant. Bummer that the caffeine enhancer extricated itself from the menu recently, I liked that option better than the energy boost and pure recharge (both ginko concoctions). The Chocolate Lean 1 is my favorite, the protein that's used doesn't taste like cardboard. Woohoo! This is a great little spot and the smoothies are awesome. read more

The customer service is always terrible and seems the side talk about personal stuff is more important than giving a customer a proper experience. The workers do not know how to properly greet you or make eye contact. This is the second time I've walked in and they're on their phone and mumble to speak to you. My final straw at this location was when 3 girls were cleaning and the girl not only made my smoothie wrong, but put her bare hand inside the blender to hold it to add ice (without washing it from using cleaning products). They go above and beyond their job to help me find out what's best for me so I get my money's worth.
