I returned days later to order it the same way with collagen (no turbinado) the older lady told me they couldn't do that. She told me they do an audit and take the add ins out of their checks. My husband likes to go here and told me about the Friday special. On Friday's certain smoothies are $5, and others are $6. I chose a $6 smoothie which said it served as a meal replacement. The smoothie was very very good! It had strawberries and a protein powder in it. I look forward to coming back again. Also, the store is seriously clean. I mean you can smell the bleach. Terrible service. I ordered the pure recharge strawberry and it came back an unusual color and odd-tasting. I go back to get a remake, and Amiri (the young man working) is telling me it's supposed to be like that. After explaining to him I've gotten the drink countless times and this one is an outlier AND showing him a pic from the smoothie king website, he's telling me I'm wrong and what I ordered is supposed to look like that. Stopped into this Smoothie King today, which was my first visit at a Smoothie King period. They have so many varieties that it' was overwhelming and it took some time for me to decide what I wanted and fortunately there wasn't anyone else waiting to place an order. The cashier who was probably the manager waited patiently at the register until I decided what I wanted. I knew I wanted something green with kale or spinach and choose the pineapple spinach under the vegan category, probably because it was the first one and it had spinach and it was good to the last drop. Place is bright and clean, but can't understand why do they not have a few tables for customers who would want to drink in. I enjoyed my smoothie in the park. The service is terrible I've been to this location about 4 times now. There are a bunch of children that work there and there seems to be no adult supervision vision. They stand around play, talk and yell but no work is being done. Who ever owns this place should watch their camera and realize their sale would increase with quicker and better service they are def losing money. read more

This is definitely the worst smoothie king I have ever been to ! I came 3 days ago and I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes being only the 3rd car in the line. Today I come and it is 8am and nobody is in the building to open. Two Smoothie king workers came straggling in after 8am with no care in the world. Waited patiently outside for them to get situated and unlock the door , just to find out at 8:24 that they're drive thru only . This location is the absolute slowest location I have ever patronized. Inside or in drive-thru, they just move super slowly. It's ridiculous. They either need more employees or more blenders; please. The quality of the smoothies is exceptional and the employees are always kind and polite. The location is clean and they are observing social distancing; only allowing 5 guests in at a time. All employees were wearing masks too. I waited over an hour in the drive-thru line today for two smoothies. That is unacceptable and ridiculous. The quality of the product is what keeps me coming back, but good Lord.....please do something to make the wait less time consuming for your customers. The new mint ginger smoothie tastes amazing. I never ask for an additional cup, but today did simply because of my white shirt and the smoothie was spilling over. I placed my cup in a large cup and they were like you can't do that. I get not doing it all the time, but one time. That is customer service. If I had been on another side of town this would not have happened. When I attempted to place an order, I was told that several ingredients were not available or that certain menu items had been discontinued. This was not a problem because the young man informing me of these changes was very patient and polite. The problem occurred when I reached the drive-thru window. Instead of greeting me, a female employee glared at me and then told the young man making my smoothies to "hurry up so this lady can stop staring at me like she crazy." When I brought her behavior to the manager's attention he seemed appalled and said that he would speak to her about her poor customer service. Regardless of what action he takes, I will never purchase anything from this location again. She seems like the type to put something extra and undesirable into your cup.
