I experienced extremely poor customer service today at this location. I came specifically to…read morepurchase the viral $29.99 meal deal but left very disappointed. When I arrived at the deli counter, I patiently waited while an employee was assisting another customer. After she finished, I asked whether we needed to take a number. She told us no, then proceeded to slice meat. Once she was finished with that task, she still did not acknowledge us. Instead, another customer walked up, and she immediately took their order, despite us having been there first and waiting for quite some time. We didn't want to appear impatient or rush her, so we continued waiting. However, after being repeatedly overlooked, I finally asked if it was normal to wait that long just to place an order. She responded that she "didn't know we were ready to order." Considering we had been standing directly at the counter waiting and watching her, that explanation was difficult to understand. The entire interaction left me feeling ignored and unwelcome. Whether it was intentional or not, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Customer service should be consistent and respectful for all customers. What surprised me most was that the manager, who happened to look like me, shared that she had also experienced racism when she first transferred to this location. Hearing that only added to my concerns about the culture and environment at this store. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable, and based on this experience, I will likely not return to this location.

Over 20 days later, I am not expecting to hear from the site, despite saying I would like someone to reach out. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. The $23 for the half filled acai bowls was a complete money grab with horrific customer service. **** I arrived at 7:10pm with my two kids that were looking forward to açaí bowls. I tried ordering on the app but was having issues logging in so I figured it would be easier to order in the store. We were the only customers in the store. I begin to place my order and ask them to substitute various things (all are options in the app). The woman working there says she doesn't think you can. I said the app gives me those options, should I just order online?? She says yes. I place my order - 2 different açaí bowls for $23. She makes two of the same bowls with the wrong toppings. She then fixes one and brings it back, it is still missing the banana that it comes with!!! She then says, they are out of banana. She does not offer any additional fruit or extra berries or anything. My son takes his bowl and is happy. She then tries to give me the other bowl that has the hazelnut drizzle on it. I explain that the bowl I ordered for my daughter does not have hazelnut because she does not like it and has mango. She says she will make a new one, takes the bowl adds mango and brings it back to me. I am not a difficult person, however, my daughter would not eat it with the hazelnut and for $23, we should get what we ordered. Annoyed, she throws the bowl in the trash. She makes a new one and asks me about the toppings again. Finally, 30 minutes later we leave with two açaí bowls. For $12 these bowls are certainly lacking!!!! We will stick with Pure Raw Juice by the mall moving forward. This experience was a complete disaster.
