Inside is very modern and lots of branding everywhere, looks very classy and clean. I got the island impact, with no added sugar and a scoop of protein. So yummy and natural. Expensive at $11.50 for the large but you know what you're getting and it tastes great. Really nice worker behind the counter. I just came from the dentist and couldn't talk and she took the time to wait for me to point and show her what I wanted. She offered to double blend it too. Im a long time customer of the Smoothie King franchise but not quite sure of this location. I visited one day and didn't receive good service. I was standing for a while waiting for someone to take my order. Once my order was received, I heard a girl say "strawberry banana". I was puzzled because she didn't say "Angel food" which is the name of the actual smoothie on the menu. I didn't know it was my order. When I asked her she had walked off rudely. That's when the guy told me that means Angel food. I never been to a smoothie king that doesn't call out the smoothies by the actual name on the menu. I see the management replies which seems like the might care to an extent. However I'm not sure since the same issue remains prevalent. I can't say I was surprised since I read the reviews beforehand however I am disappointed that nothing has been done about the lack of customer service. Once again the staff was beyond rude. Ordered banana chips online with my smoothie but they weren't there when I went to pick up. Asked an employee and she said "get them yourself, they're right there on the wall." Next I decided to use the bathroom only to find dirty paper towels all over the floor and no toilet paper whatsoever. I asked the employee again and she said " i'll go look in a minute." I once loved coming to this Smoothie King as it is conveniently located near my yoga studio but tonight is the third time I come in at 8 ( they close at 9) to find nobody behind the counter. I wait and yell out "hello?" after waiting alone in the store and hearing employees in the back room laughing..Now is when the real fun begins... Tatyana comes out of the back room with a face of disappointment to see me, a customer ( God forbid ) in the store ( before closing time ). After I give her my order she asks me "Are you coming from the yoga place?" I said "yeah" and she said " Of course you are. Remind me to LOCK the doors around this time. Y'all are always coming in around this time". My smile quickly turned into a -_- She then says "y'all keep coming in while I'm trying to clean and leave!" I normally go to a different Smoothie King location but was in the area and decided to stop by. Upon entry, the guy behind the counter didn't even acknowledge our presence. He had AirPods in his ears and was busy doing something else. A while later a girl came out from the back where she was sitting and playing on the phone. Didn't say a word, just took the order and went back to playing on her phone. The guy made the smoothie, which surprisingly was good. This location needs all new staff. stood in the store for 5 min without any employees coming out to the front. the store closes at 9pm its 6:43! i could hear them talking in the back. the phone was ringing and still no one came out. customers came in didn't see anyone so they also left. i left to go grab a sweet drink next door at dunkin. that's a shame bc i work across the street and almost always come to this specific location but not anymore. they've made some mistakes in the past like skipping my order and making me wait 20 min until i got mine. but no more. and if you're gonna complain that i only waited 5 min, i'm on the job and can't wait around forever for someone to "feel" like they want to do their job. read more

So the lady put the appropriate amount of ice, and blended it. After it blended another girl comes and puts MORE ice. So common sense knows Naturally, that makes MORE smoothie. So after blending some more, she pours it in the cup, and only about half the smoothie from the blender fits in the cup. So I spoke and said, you just watered down my drink by adding more ice. I'd like the rest of that. Usually, it may only be a little, which is no big deal, but I swear a whollleeee other smoothie was still in the blender. So technically the protein and ingredients I paid for, half is still in the dang blender! The girl begins to explain That it wasn't thick enough so She added ice. However the other day when I went in and ordered my usual, the employee taking my order told me I could choose between medium and large only. No smalls. So being a good sport I said I'll take a medium then since small is not available. As I'm leaving I see another customer with a small smoothie. I stop in here often before heading into work to grab my morning shake. Normally I have no problems and the staff is helpful. Today when I went to pay for my shake with a $50, they told me they didn't have enough cash in their drawer to make $43.10 in change. At this point, their location had been open for the day for over 2 hours already. I had no other form of payment on me at the time so therefore I had to be turned away on account of their incompetence. The most frustrating part is that I now have to either work 8 hours without food or have my husband drive a total of an hour to bring me food. Needless to say, I'm absolutely frustrated with this location. I gave 3 stars because it's normally a good experience but today's encounter has me wanting to never waste my time or money there again. read more
