I ordered a 32 oz smoothie. The people who made it did not fill the 32 oz container all the way. I watched then pour it out, mention it was short to another worker, and that other worker (who seemed to be in charge) said "Just give it to them anyway." They gave me my smoothie, and I told them it was not the 32 oz that I paid $10 for. They tried to reason with me and say that they made it how the order ticket said to. I politely asked to have it re-made, and with a poor attitude, they did. The store is nice and seems to be newly remodeled. But the workers made the whole experience unpleasant. Never will I ever step foot in this smoothie king again. Apparently when you substitution, they give you half the scoop size (though that's not advertised or on the app) so my smoothie was disgusting. I talked to the 'manager' with the pink hair and nose piercing and asked how can the smoothie be corrected. She said they can't reblend it because I drank from it, ok that's fine. Then she said she could make a new smoothie if something is wrong with it but since I just don't like it, they can't remake it. I said y'all used less product so that altered the flavor. She said they are wasting product by remaking it because I didn't like it. I told her I will stop coming here and just wasted $12. She said okay have a good day. Went around lunchtime the other day any my smoothie was made incorrectly, but the manager (young lady with pink hair) offered to remake it and did so very quickly. Great customer service! It can be tough to find meals around fort mill sometimes so I just settle with a smoothie for most meals. I would usually make them at home but sometimes I go out and get a smoothie from here and they are very DELICIOUS. They are mixed to perfection and light up all the taste buds in my mouth but also help me stay healthy. I greatly recommend coming here on Fridays for $5 dollar smoothies. The entire staff is also very helpful including Jason and Clayton who always show great efficiency and quality of their work and smoothies. read more

I've been placing my orders online (Uber Eats) for a long while now and the smoothies always arrive nicely packaged and still cold (yum), but I decided to drop in today to pick up my order. Been coming here since they opened because the owner is always friendly and the smoothies are delicious. Pumpkin season is my favorite and the Vegan Pumpkin is my go-to fall fave. Tastes just like pumpkin pie, but healthy! I'm glad I stopped in today. My smoothie was perfect. I love Smoothie King especially this location. The owner and employees are very sweet and friendly! I am always substituting ingredients and they have always made it right and didn't seem bothered by the changes. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is the use of Smoothie King app. I seem to have a hard time getting my discounts to work. I also think the smoothies are over priced. in the past i have not had any issues with my smoothies but recently however they have been very watery, there is too much ice in them. it's quite frustrating when i place an order ahead on my way to work and then pay $7 for a smoothie only for it to be undrinkable. i understand that the smoothies can be remade if you ask however time does not always allow this. read more

Been here a couple times now, not bad service, seems like when you walk in they expect you to know exactly what you want or they kind if sigh when your perusing the rather large menu. I was looking at the so called "muscle maker" type shake but it only had 5 grams of protein in it, didn't make too much sense to me. Being a guy who is in decent shape and above average build I think it should have a bit more protein in it. Then he said you can add more protein if you like which brings it up to about 35 grams. Good idea I guess. The other shakes are delicious though, I usually get the Acai/blueberry mixture. All in all it is a good place to get a refreshing smoothie or meal replacement. read more

I live just a few minutes away from this Smoothie King location and I've visited it probably over 15 times in the past year, only to receive consistently poor service. The staff never acknowledges me when I walk in. The girls who work here will literally just stare at me without speaking to me until I give them my order, and then continue to not say a word as they enter in my order. I worked as a barista just a few years ago and I can attest to the fact that it's really not that hard to at least say "Hello" or "Okay" to a customer. Here, it's an incredibly awkward experience every time. The smoothies are always poorly blended and lack the consistency that every other Smoothie King I've been to has. I've kept going occasionally only in hopes of staff turnover leading to at least somewhat decent service or better blended smoothies, but alas, the smoothies have only gotten worse. If you're in the area, I recommend going to the Smoothie King in Rivergate instead of this one. That one has decent service and the smoothies actually taste the way they're supposed to. This smoothie king shorted me by a little over halfway filling my already small smoothie. When I noticed before leaving the store I showed the young lady and she just took the cup and started making another on top of that one. No apology or anything.. The new smoothie they gave me was filled to the top of the small cup and watered down since it was no longer fresh..So dissatisfied. I did not bother complaining again since they did not seem to care. I have never been treated like that at any other Smoothie King and will never go back to that one again. I just left there and felt the need to share this. Thumbs down for sure! I never complain but I will also let the higher ups know about this because it can ruin their reputation if everyone else gets treated that way today. read more
