The Town Center is the BEST place in town for a smoothie! It rates higher than the other locations or other Tropical Smoothies, when it comes to friendly staff who introduce themselves, always ask about your rewards and always tell you what you have and can use. Never have an issue if you prefer a styrofoam cup over the plastic flimsy ones. They remember names! Ashley manages this particular store and she takes her role very serious and is very professional as well as her staff Meagan and the other girls too! It is a clean and well stocked store and always has new products posted with great descriptions of new flavors. Not the best Smoothie King ive been to. They never asked if i wanted Whey Protein only assumed. I ordered a Banana Boat 44 oz with peanut butter. Never asked if i wanted whey protein or anything else only assumed. Took one sip and i knew there was something wrong as my heart was beating pretty fast. I went in to get a refund and the lady said that they don't do refunds so i asked for a remake and i said "no whey protein, i know yall added it bc my heart was beating pretty fast" and it took her two tries to get it right. The location on Atlantic Blvd by San Pablo, been going there for 5+ years and never had any problems. It doesnt hurt to ask. Very friendly staff here as well and always have recommendations. I usually get the same thing for the most part. They know me here now and are putting in my order as I walk in the door.
