As previously mentioned in my first review, this is my go to spot when we are leaving Vegas. We have our routine down. As we are exiting the parking lot of the hotel on the Strip, I place an online order through the app. Then, we will go get gas and by the time we make our way over to this location our smoothies are ready. I use the Recent Orders button on the app to simply reorder our two 20 oz banana boat smoothies. On this particular day I had a $2 coupon for my birthday so the total was only $11.40. We had a wait time of 15 minutes. We got there in exactly 15 minutes and both our smoothies were waiting for me in the mini fridge for the mobile orders. I did find it funny how the employee was in the back, as we grabbed the smoothies, and put the straws into our drinks. However, the second a walk in came in to order, he popped out from the back. I'm guessing they have cameras back there to see if it's really necessary to go out to the register. Overall, my drinks are easy to order through the app, they're always ready by the promised time, and the orders are always accurate and delicious. I don't go to smoothie king often since it's in my area, but I went to try the watermelon extreme smoothie I was pleasantly surprised. The consistency was nice and thick with a strong watermelon flavor. I would say it tastes more artificial watermelon than anything, but I didn't mind it. This small size goes down very easily so next time I would try a larger size. I believe they have a lot of customized drinks if you want specific flavoring and add-ons. I would say this is a step up from Jamba Juice since their ingredients are more healthier and less add-ons such as sherbet to make it taste good. prices are a bit high for a smoothie place, but if you're looking for something cold and refreshing and pretty healthy after workout class, I could see myself coming back here. read more

All of the new employees seem to have an attitude problem I had went in here because I needed a refund. One of the new employees had made all of my smoothies very incorrectly. He even remade one of them and made it incorrectly again, so when I asked him about a refund, he said there was no manager there and then I would have to come back later and then I did indeed come back later and the lady was like only our owner can refund mobile orders. It was my first time at a Smoothie King! My friend had a promo code to redeem a free 20 oz smoothie but wasn't able to redeem it in California. Fortunately, I was able to in Las Vegas at the Blue Diamond location. When I walked in, I enjoyed how clean and orderly the store was. I also liked their branding/ slogan - Rule the Day which looks a lot like a fitness brand. I'm a big mango fan so I was debating between the mango fest and mango ginger smoothie. Conveniently located close by to where I work out so this is a good post fitness option. It looks like they recently got some acai bowl creations as well as your typically smoothies/health juices. Acai bowls were $12.99 and it looked like a pretty good size bowl too. I may give that a try next time. I ordered The Strawberry & Banana Activator Recovery which consisted of their Gladiator protein, coconut water, protein blend, strawberries, bananas & apple juice. If you download their app, you get $2 off off your first purchase. So definitely get the app! The reward system is great. I feel like I'm getting so many perks back. What I love about this place is knowing there is no added sugar or any other crap that shouldn't be in a smoothie. Everything is straight forward. They categorize based on your fitness or goal. Need wellness? Look at the "Be Well Blends." Need a post workout drink for recovery? Look to "Get Fit Blends." Want to indulge? Then "Treat Blends" is the way.
