The drinks cost us around $20, but there were only a very small amount of the add-ons, while the drinks had a lot of ice. What disappointed us even more was the service. The Asian male employee making our drinks was using his phone with one hand and even bringing it close to his ear while preparing our drinks. It seemed like he wasn't really paying attention to what he was doing or taking care in making the drinks. We've always been happy with the ladies who usually serve us there, so we know this place can provide great service. Unfortunately, today's experience left us so disappointed that we don't feel like coming back. It's really sad because this used to be our first choice whenever we wanted smoothies.

That was confusing and frustrating because we've consistently been able to order a smaller size before. If it's truly a policy, it should be applied consistently across all employees. Because of this, we were forced to pay for two large drinks, which felt unnecessary and unfair. On top of that, the drinks barely had any boba in them which is disappointing, especially for a place that specializes in boba tea. Overall, the inconsistency and lack of clarity in service made for a frustrating experience. I hope management can address this so customers aren't given mixed information in the future.
