I ordered online and went to the store to pick up my smoothie. The doors were locked despite the Open sign being on and it was store hours. I then made eye contact with the employee inside who kept mouthing something to me and gesturing to go around. I don't know why he couldn't have opened the door if he was in there and the store was "open" but instead I had to go thru an unmarked drive thru and find their window to get my order. There was no drive thru only message for online pickup and no signage indicating that the drive thru was for Tropical Smoothie. I went on a Thursday evening, and the restaurant looked brand new, like it recently opened. From the front, it seems like a dine-in-only restaurant. However, customers can locate the drive-thru to the far right, which loops around the rear of the building. I ordered the Chi Oatmeal pudding bowl, which tasted as delicious as the photos look. I expected it to be hot because I thought all oatmeal was hot. However, it is a cold dish. I did not receive my receipt so I couldn't add points for my purchase, and the manager did not ask me if I wanted to dine in or not; she just handed me the bag.
