Whenever the weather in Vegas starts warming up, one thing I always look forward to is a good Halo-Halo. And for the longest time, the only place that ever came to mind was Creamberry. I've even told so many friends that Creamberry is the only spot where I get my Halo-Halo because it used to be that good. Unfortunately, something has changed. The Halo-Halo we had recently just wasn't the same anymore. The sweetness was lacking, the flavor felt off, and overall it no longer had the taste we used to love. Even my husband, who usually enjoys it just as much as I do, was disappointed. It honestly made me sad because this place used to be one of our favorites during the warmer months. I've ordered it multiple times from them on multiple visits. They work outta a frickin cooler. They make it fast, work efficient with their limied cart space, add fresh chopped mango, concoct a fantastic sweet and tart flavor, and can cost less than Creamberry. At 10:15pm, my Mangoberrynada order is called. My senses tingle. Oh my god. Can this be real? Is this drink going to be worth 40 minutes of waiting? Will I achieve Nirvana with one sip? I am prepared to taste the nectar of the Gods. My body is ready. As I approach the counter, alas, I am heartbroken. There is a scoop of mango ice cream in my drink. I get this is a "Mangoberrynada". It's just simply a Mangonada with Mangoes and Strawberries as the topping. An establishment that offers this drink should not mess it up, but Creamberry has done the impossible. Nowhere in the description does it say the drink includes ice cream. (I'm going to include pictures of how the drink looks when others have ordered it). I am lactose intolerant. I told her that at the beginning when I ordered. I have never drunk a Mangonada with ice cream! I ask if the cashier/food prepper can just remove the ice cream. She takes the drink back to do this. When she's done, my party and I just want to leave too, like Couple B. And they forgot the strawberry topping and the tamarind straw. I didn't even want to wait for this correction. Neither did my party. We leave asap and are given a farewell of "See you next time." I think I'll pass. When we finally get outside the building, it's 10:20pm!!! A whole true 60 minutes from when we entered. I finally get to have a taste of my desert! And what do I think? The moment of truth!! ANNNNDDDD IT'SSSS NOT. GOOD. AT. ALL. It was completely tasteless. Maybe not completely tasteless. But just overall a muted Tajin water flavor. And that's being generous. Those Mexican snack carts blow this absurdity away any day of the week. All the suspense built up was for naught. In short, this has been the quintessential 1 Star experience. A masterclass in failure. I told you Creamberry, you win. P.S. Creamberry has a flawed ordering / ticketing system / food creation process. Point blank. No one walked into the building after the last guest (Mother and Son duo) at 9:25pm / Our order finally being able to be placed at 9:37pm. No additional orders were taken. But what if there were?! Those customers would wait until 10:30pm or later, well beyond their posted closing time?! And final note: the AC in here is broken as well. It's Summer and it's over 80 degrees in here, even at night. It is not cooling at the time of this writing. The business is warm as you sit in here. read more

For the love of Jesus, Yelp needs to allow ZERO star reviews. To the owner, PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF and PLEASE REMOVE HALF OF THE ITEMS FROM YOUR MENU. Went in on a Monday night. There were 3 employees working and a mostly empty lobby... one couple ahead of us were waiting for multiple orders... God only knows how long they were sitting there. Some of the items they received first were almost completely melted down. I'm pretty sure they requested a refund on any remaining items that hadn't been completed because the store was near closing. We ordered 3 items. After paying we were told that it would be 15-20 mins... From the time we ordered to the time we were given all 3 items it was 43 minutes. I sh!t you not, lol We ate at the Chinese restaurant next door... they made 5 full family sized entree dishes and a vat of steamed rice in less time than 3 desserts took. After doing the math with a family member, there is no way this place is even breaking even. I have to guess the owner has other profitable businesses and uses this one as a tax write off from the losses... I see lots of positive reviews but they seem to all be coming from folks that walked in and were the only ones there. If you look up the negative reviews, they're all from folks who had to wait FOREVER. I always forget about the "ambiance" requirement in my reviews... it's hot in here. Reminded me of when I went to a mall in Guadalajara. Central air conditioning isn't a thing. Imagine the Fashion Show Mall without A\C. Mind you, this visit was at night, zero sun, hot as heck. Hotter inside than it was outside. Not sure what else to say... they give a 5% discount for checking into Yelp but the employees didn't know how to do that so they gave us a scoop of ice cream instead. This dessert shop has literally been my go-to the last 1-2 months lately. They are located on the Rainbow plaza / Windmill. Small place but offers a large variety of options from drinks, ice cream, their famous cotton candy ice cream, halo halo, etc. I've tried their affogota, ice cream floats, etc but the one thing I ALWAYS get here and I can't get enough of is their halo halo. I don't know why but they always make it right here. I've had different people make it here and thankfully it is always consistent. This plate is very cozy and nice to have in the area. They have a good variety of choices for ice creams. I came here when it was 108 degrees so it was perfect. I don't eat ice cream so I came to try their shaved ice. I got their mango shaved ice. For the price, this thing was huge!!! It was gigantic. I thought the shaved ice would be just mango flavoring over the ice but it was more than that. It comes with mango popping boba pearls and a scoop of mango ice cream on top. Talk about becoming diabetic. lol The flavor was excellent, almost too sweet. The only reason I cannot give them give stars is because the ice was solid. It was not shaved ice. Okay first off, I love the menu and the flavors are delicious. I've never had something I didn't like, but I took my daughter to get rolled iced cream tonight and there was only one employee there as usual. The first time I discovered Creamberry was through Matt Stonie, a YouTuber who is well known for being a competitive eater. I watched a video of him and his friend in a competition to see who could finish their cotton candy burrito first. Since then, I've always wanted to try out Creamberry, but I kept putting it off for years until we finally made it in recently. It was packed when we got there but everyone left while we were waiting for our order. I'm not the biggest fan of cotton candy or any other sweets containing large amounts of sugar, so we skipped their cotton candy burritos and went straight for their ice cream. There were a bunch of options to choose from, but we selected their puff waffles - cookies and cream for me and strawberries and cream for my boyfriend. There is limited seating inside but we were planning on taking them back with us anyway, so we asked for them to put it in a box. The puff waffles were absolutely delicious. Mine was topped with vanilla ice cream, Oreo pieces, and chocolate syrup. My boyfriend's waffle puff was topped with strawberry ice cream, strawberries, whipped cream, and also chocolate syrup. The waffles themselves were spot on and they were perfect to pair with the ice cream. They have a Facebook/Instagram wall inside, so make sure to take a picture of your product and tag them for a chance to be featured on the wall. After seeing an Instagram video we came to check out the famous cotton candy burrito. It seems pricey at $15 but when it arrived, it was huge! It fit a whole take out container and I couldn't finish it. The cotton candy itself was actually not as sweet and complemented the ice cream. Texturally, with the cotton candy melting in the creaminess of the ice cream and crunchiness of the toppings, it was a unique experience. They sell all kinds of desserts ranging from traditional ice cream and rolled ice cream to shaved ice. This trip, we decided to try their famous cotton candy burrito. For the burrito, you choose one flavor of ice cream plus 3 dry toppings. We went with mango ice cream, and chose Ferrero Rocher, Milky Way, and pecan as our toppings. The burrito is fairly large and costs $15 + tax as of December 2023. The cotton candy itself is a bit sweet. While the burrito definitely looks cool, it's more of a novelty and taste is nothing extraordinary. Definitely check this place out for dessert! read more

After seeing this ice cream shop profiled on Instagram, I knew that the next time I was in Las Vegas I would just have to try it. Creamberry is famous for its Cotton Candy Burrito, and I stopped in tonight to order one and the experience did not disappoint! This quirky ice cream parlor was colorful, had cool decorations, and a number of uniquely painted ceiling tiles, which are cool to check out. They had a fair number of ice cream flavors and mixing. I ordered the Cotton Candy Burrito and selected vanilla ice cream with marshmallows as my topping. I wasn't sure how all the flavors were going to interact so I tried to keep it as simple as possible because I wasn't sure what to expect. It took a minute to put together, but when it came out, I have to say it was quite delight to behold! It's a large serving size And despite being a slightly odd sensory experience of holding cotton candy in your hands full of ice cream it was absolutely delicious! The size of the burrito is worth every penny of the $15 that it cost. I don't think my blood sugar would allow me to indulge in this sweet treat often, but it was a very cool thing to check out and I'll definitely be back in the future as I wanna have other friends check out this fun treat. The dining room isn't particularly large so if you're with a big group, you may have issues with seating and there's a steady string with customer while I was there. Overall I would highly recommend Creamberry to anyone is looking for good a good ice cream parlor, but especially if you're interested in tackling the Cotton Candy Burrito! read more

This place is extremely ridiculous on time management. We ordered 4 items and 3 came accordingly, but remaining item took another 40 mins to be served. We asked 2 times in between, but they just said it's coming without going to check on the order, meanwhile the groups after us got their orders before we got our last item. The worst part is all of the staff didn't care to go follow up for your order when you asked, and they didn't care to at least apologize for the wait.
