I've been coming here for years now and have never been disappointed. They really have smoothies for every kind of occasion, and the brand in general is very good about listening to their customers. They recently began using more eco-friendly cups, and have increased the serving sizes of veggies in the smoothies to make them healthier! For protein, I'd suggest the Gladiator. You get to pick 2 fruit and a flavored protein powder. To spare the fruit sugar, you can use things like coffee or peanut butter or a veggie as a "fruit" choice, with no upcharge. For hangovers/taste, I like the Berry Punch or Pure Recharge. Both have electrolytes which is just what the body needs sometimes. Delivery service with doordash was a bust. The driver sent the notice he delivered the smoothie but they never were delivered. I thought it was taking a longer time than usual. I ordered for delivery as I don't have a car and cannot go get it myself but this is ridiculous because when I call the store it says the number is disconnected and doordash doesn't have a call back number to make a claim. I come to this smoothie king all the time and the smoothie is usually always good. The staff is great and they are able to handle a rush of people pretty well. My one and only complaint is how they never accept the text offers at this location. I get text messages that say this location is participating in a "BOGO" offer or "free add-on" just show them the text at the kiosk. But they always say they don't accept anything but the app, and there is no way to access the text offer through the app. Otherwise I recommend coming to this smoothie king as it always delivers on flavor, taste, and customer service. read more

Smoothie King has become such a home for my friends and I. The employees are very well trained, patient and communicative. I have never had a bad experience nor anything negatively to say about this place. One employee in particular however, stood out to me the most, Candy. Clearly I do when the 16 year old cant get anyone's order right and even gave a customer an order that was placed for "pick up". 25+ minutes later, with a shop filled with sweaty, tired, hungry gym-junkies I get my usual vanilla Lean1, and what do I see? The establishment is kept clean, organized, and as soon as you walk in you're greeted. Mondays they do have a special available, but that's about it from what I noticed. My experience at this smoothie king was EXCELLENT! Simon and Kayla B were the funniest employees I have ever interacted with in a smoothie king. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time there. I usually get the Hulk and I was debating between that and the peanut power plus; Kayla asked me if I would just like to put some peanut butter into the chocolate hulk! It was a simple idea but an AMAZING ONE! Simon made the drink perfectly and we laughed together the whole time. I highly recommend going to this smoothie king solely to visit these two. today friday 04/28/2023 at 10:20 am the store manager was very rude an unwilling to assist me at all. when i arrived at the store there were several customers in front of me, i then went to make the line as usual. the manager then told me without me asking that he will take 15 to 20 minutes to serve me. i said it was ok and stayed in line. only 5 minutes passed and the manager again approached to tell me he was not going to be able to help me at all today because of all the orders he had in front on me including the ones coming in through the application. i asked him why he couldn't take my order in the first place right after the customers in front of me or why he couldn't just decline an online order to assist me since i was physically present and he just kept insisting that today he was not going to be take my order. i reminded him that i was a regular morning customer with the same order that he even knew every day. he just didn't respond at all, so i left the store. i am a business owner and i can tell you that if this would have being the store owner this event would not even taken place. when an employee specially a store manager have this kind of behavior with a costumer, the the owner o the business can re-consider having this kind of responsibility on this type of individual as he will loose loyal customers like me. is definitely a shame. i want the store manager to read this message and think twice when hiring an individual with such poor customer service manner and for all future customers to be aware of the poor and very unprofessional this store manager treated a regular customer that spends every day between $15/$18 . as for me i will not be returning to this store while this manager is there. thank you, denisse read more

The staff is rude, they don't acknowledge you when you walk into the store. They all look miserable and some are on their phones when smoothies need to be made. I come here at least once a week and it's always the same. The only reason why I come back is because the smoothie I get is good. If the unprofessionalism continues I will find a new spot. This is in fact the worst smoothie king i been too! It always smells like mold, and just garbage. It's disgustingly hot in there. The poor kids who work in the heat can pass out from it and the owner doesn't acknowledge it?? That's ridiculous. Also if you don't get an add on the worker gives attitude, this guy i can't remember his name, also interrupts me when i'm trying to order. They give little samples which is great, and the smoothies come out sometimes alright. but the store is too hot to work there. I'm just standing there and sweating. Imagine how the workers must feel. The bathroom is even worse. I will not be returning to this smoothie king again. I'll be contacting corporate about that heat. Nobody should be working in a inside store and it's that hot. Great location and quick service. The times I've been here, I've always had good, speedy, service. From the moment I arrive, I am greeted and told the specials of the day. Though I always come for the usual, which is "Strawberry smoothie", I am given extra options in case my mind decides to change for that day. Once taken my drink order, I wait about 3-5 minutes as its made. In the meantime, I'm in decision mode on whether to get the chocolate almonds or a sports bar, but majority of the time never get it-- however, if you're thinking about it, definitely hit up the choco almonds, good stuff. Once I am given the smoothie, there's always some left over too (a great plus for me). I then pay, get some points too with the rewards, and good to go after that-- definitely a fan! read more
