A small is 20oz and plenty of smoothie, and it goes up from there. There are Fruit type smoothies, Protein smoothies, and Meal replacement smoothies as the top categories of smoothies. There are also addons like Immunity boosts, more protein, and more that you can add for a little over a dollar for each one. They have Acai bowls there too but I haven't tried them yet. They're open until 9pm so it's great for a post-workout recharger of a smoothie!
