However, the warm culture has changed; the "shopping is a pleasure culture" is not what it use to be from the Front Management stand point. This was especially apparent this afternoon, the manager was just walking back and forth, back and forth. There was no smiling, no hello he was Just walking back and forth. Where are the nice greetings as you walk in the door, the hello's, the good morning's, the good-afternoon's etc... I have ALWAYS, been a Publix girl!!! Yes it costs a bit more but the service is what makes the difference. I Love the friendly deli staff and the bakery and produce staff are always helpful too! However, I must unfortunately say the Manager at the front lacked the warm, welcoming feeling that I have been use to for over 35 YEARS! Yes I am dating myself but thats ok!
