I love this location & it's the only "frozen yogurt place" I like. It's usually pretty clean & rarely is a machine broken. They always have my favorites, strawberry & coconut. The kids always get to pick their faves too, vanilla & chocolate. It's also a plus to be able to sample their flavors prior. We decided to pass by as soon as they opened today & everything was very fresh. The employee at the register was also very friendly & welcoming. I used to come here at least once or twice a week. We really slowed down because we needed to cut back on so much dessert lol even though it's frozen yogurt. But anyways, it's a great spot. The owner is there often and takes pride in his store and is always on top of it to make sure it's kept clean and customers are happy. He doesn't just let kids run the store unsupervised. About a month or so ago, my family and I were almost daily visitors to this location. I mention this because every single, and I mean EVERY SINGLE time we entered not only were we greeted with the traditional Menchie's welcome but the employee's knew us and would always laugh along with us at our hi-jinks. This is what makes it over the top! The flavors are excellent. The toppings bar is always very clean. If I have just one suggestion is there needs to be more tables and chairs. I think there are less than 10 tables. That's fine for a regular afternoon but not for those busy weekend nights. All in all GREAT!!! Keep up the good work kids! read more

No customer services what so ever!!. The man acted like the owner, I have no idea if he is. I had my service dog with me and my three kids and he came up to me in a very rude manner, acting as a bouncer in a club, and told me I had to leave. NO dogs allowed, mind you that was my intention regardless, simply to pay for the yogurts and sit outside, but I could not leave my dog outside alone. His approach (Macho Man) was out of place, he could have asked kindly said, sorry we don't accept dogs here and I would have explained he is a service dog, but he did not care to know. Apparently he dislikes dogs and simply wanted the dog out. I will never return to this Menchies again. I am a frequent customer with three kids and my money will be appreciated in another Menchies. We have tried different frozen yogurt places and by far, Menchie's is a winner, the best, our favorite. About this location specifically, they swap one or two flavors about once a month, the staff is helpful and we have never had an issue. Once I got to the front to pay I was told that they don't accept any Yelp discounts which I found strange. From what I seen the reviews is exactly what I have told corporate and they have done nothing about it and they don't have the manager call the customers. They sell ice cream in broken machines so that it comes out liquidy and that if you complain it's your problem and they don't let you get a refund and I've had this problem before and I've also had bad customer service in this location.
