I just had quite possibly the worst drive thru experience of my life. Avoid this place! I was in line at the drive thru for no joke almost a half hour with one car in front of me. I should have known it was bad when the person in front of me left without their order after waiting 10 minutes. I get up to the window. They charge for the wrong order. I explain what happened. They say they'll give me a round and make my drink. The go away. 5 minutes later come back. They again ask what I want. I say forget it just the refund. They say they don't know how. They go find someone else. 5 minutes later. I get my refund. read more

I went there at 8:30pm 6/2/26. They list close at 9pm. The door was locked so I went to the drive thru . I asked them to give me a second and they said they close soon at 8:30 . I then randomly picked a drink trying to be quick and they said they only take cash. I just left. They're obviously lying. 8:50 I understand, even 8:45. But 8:30? Nah. read more

This Smoothie King is a stand alone location on Gallatin Pike that offers drive thru and dine/drink in. There are a few tables inside, but like most SK's they are set up for pick-up and take out. I have visited here a few times in the past year or so, all via drive thru. First time in was order at speaker, wait about 5 minutes and get the goods. The last few times, and since joining their reward program, I have ordered on the app and then swung through the drive thru to pick up. Never an issue with the smoothie being ready when scheduled. The smoothies themselves are a tad overpriced, but that has not stopped me from getting them on a regular basis. Only inconsistency with this location is the consistency of the smoothie. Sometimes they get it just right, and others it is a tad thin. Overall, decent location that does what I need when that Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha craving hits! read more

This place is the absolute worst. Rudest employees. They change the hours online when the manager leaves so that google reads closed in the middle of the day and so app orders don't come in. Pic attached. When I asked recently to speak to a manager the little dude behind the counter says "manager ain't even here ...." And hangs up. I come to this location often because it's right by my house and they are always quick kind and efficient. They always make the perfect smoothie. I've never had any mistakes happen with my order in. They've even given my dog a peanut butter cup when I pull through with him. Love it over there they're so nice. read more

This place is pretty good when they're open, today I showed up at 7:30 am lobby was closed with a sign that read cards only in lobby, but doors were locked. Went through drive thru lady said we are temporarily closed. If you're not going to open at 7:00 am change your hours, this is not the first time this has happened. This is getting old. The staff are incredibly rude. I live 2 miles away, and I have yet to receive good service in the nine months I've been in this area. Today was particularly bad. With a line of people midday, nobody was taking orders, eventually one of the women came to the window and told us that they were closed. It was very apparent that they were open, and from their location hours, and the fact that they were behind the counter, they were open. Never surprised with the quality, only with the way they go about it each time. Hopefully management changes hands soon read more

Okay, updating and amending my review. This location has improved immensely over the last few months. Smoothies are coming out correctly and very quickly. I thought it was a fluke at first and that I just got lucky that day. But, it's now been a great experience three times in a row. Thanks for improving things for us SK lovers! Yay! read more

I went to the drive-through and ordered a 32 ounce when I came to the window the cashier told me just give me six dollars because we made you a small and I don't want to re-ring it. Have a nice day. (I had a two dollar off rewards or would've been more like 8) . I was pretty annoyed, because I really didn't want a small smoothie, but with the attitude they had I really didn't dare make them redo my order and didn't trust that it would come out right . The next time I was there, the drive-through was pretty long so I decided to order in the lobby the lobby. After ordering I went into the restroom and it was the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen while I was waiting in the dining area I noticed it had food and hair and litter like they haven't picked up for at least three days. If it is this filthy on the inside, can it really be that clean where they're making the smoothies ?needless to say, I am really sad because I love this place but I don't trust them anymore. read more

I rarely leave reviews about places, so please understand the emphasis on just how terrible the service here is. If the rating system would let me score below one star I would travel to the depths of hell to gain the ability to do so. After rolling through the drive through and missing the janky and embarrassingly sad speaker box (due to there being two lanes and one functional speaker box), I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes trapped in line. Now finished with my 3rd Harry Potter novel, I am finally rolling up to the window, only to be met with the most attitude-filled and rude employee telling me that I missed the box. Having previously worked in food service, I am armed with basic knowledge of how a window POS works, and calmly ask if "you could ring me up here (at the window)." I am told "no" and asked to roll out of line, BACK into the now two car deep line, and order at the sad, pathetic, easily missable speaker box. Seeing as I am better than some trashy, run-down Smoothie King, I rolled out of line and went about my day. If you're looking for a wonderfully made smoothie with outstanding customer service, I advise you to look over at this Smoothie King...and then look right back at the road and keep driving. This location is a prime example of why gentrification can be beneficial to the community. read more

How are all other Smoothie Kings operating efficiently while this one can't figure it out? Half the people in the line leave before or even after they give their order because it takes so long. I'm not sure they are even taking your order at the drive through since they ask you for your order again at the window and put it in right then only for you to wait for them to be made at that time. Smoothies also come out wrong and its 100% not worth going back because honestly it's not worth the wait and who knows if it'll come out right. I was just there and our smoothies came out nearly warm, tasting bad with the consistency of water. C'mon guys, get it together before this location gets shut down. read more

This is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to. It doesn't even deserve 1 Star. The worst customer service of any establishment I have ever step foot in. I walked in there today and the high school employees that run this establishment had all of there friends hanging out in corner of the room very loudly streaming something that kept repeating something about sucking D!$k. I was the only customer in the building and took at least 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Nothing was stocked in their cooler in the lobby either. Visiting from out of the country and came to this location since it was close to my cousins house wanting a smoothie to hold me over until dinner. A young man came to the window with nasty hands and the girl cashier long black fingernails. Working in food service, you should have high standards for yourself as far as your appearance. The smoothies began to settle and seem already melted upon handed out of the window. The workers uniforms looked unkept and they were on their phone touching everything. I wouldn't be surprised if they scratched their ass and made my smoothie WITHOUT washing their hands. First impressions are lasting impressions and I DO NOT recommend this location. read more

I've visited Smoothie King restaurants in Florida, Georgia, and all-over the greater Nashville, TN area while traveling for work. If I were to rank the top worst locations, this would be #2 (#1 gave me a smoothie that tasted like cleaning supplies). Receiving a consistent produce with quality from this location isn't to be expected. My last visit resulted in a smoothie with little flavor and sour taste - like bad milk. read more

I've had nothing but pleasurable experiences at this smoothie king, though I have sat in some lines at the drive thru. The guys working the window are always super nice and friendly. I always get the same thing and it is always delicious- something I love and have come to expect from all smoothie kings. Come here regularly... I don't know what ownership they're under now but consistently unprofessional. Extremely lazy and take their time from you placing your order, to making the smoothie and even on the register to pay. A drive thru is for convenience. It should be quick and painless. The people are nice and smoothies are delicious! The smoothies and a little pricy but the end result is a tasty experience.

My boyfriend just went to pick us up some smoothies at 8:25. This location does not close until 9, yet when he pulled through the drive thru to order, someone told him through the intercom that they were closed. 35 minutes before closing time. I have worked in the service industry and totally understand how frustrating it is when someone comes in 5-10 min before closing, perhaps even after the kitchen is cleaned up for the night. However, this is SMOOTHIE King. They don't have a full kitchen to shut down and with FIVE employees on site (2 inside and 3 outside hovering around a vehicle), ONE of them could have easily thrown together 2 smoothies over half an hour before actual closing time. We recently moved to the neighborhood and would probably become regulars, however we will never return to this location. Should have listened to the other 1 star reviews. Management, get it together and hire better staff. It's clear they are throwing away your business left and right. read more
