Bad Service. I am an active duty service member and a frequent Smoothie King customer (usually at…read morethe SW 15th St/Tinker location), but my experience at this Westgate Plaza location (Store # 5921) has been unacceptable. On Friday, Jan 23, 2026, I placed an online order at 4:00 PM after verifying online that the store was open. When my husband arrived to pick it up, the store was closed, yet I had already been charged. So I called the store, and no one answered. I called the store again, yesterday, and no one answered. So I went to the store yesterday, 26 January at 6pm and the lights were out. When I called today to resolve this, the employee was unhelpful and directed me to corporate for a refund. When I called back to explain, he hung up on me because he stated that he was 'the only one working and could not help me.' I then went to the store in person, where there were two employees working, (not one, as the employee claimed over the phone) and the same employee who hung up the phone, claimed the manager said there was 'nothing they could do' and refused to provide his name, the manager's name or the manager's contact info, which was unheard of because usually managers want their customers to reach them if there are issues or concerns. So my only option was to take a photo of the unhelpful employee and the store for proof and documentation. While other locations (like the one on West Memorial) were willing to help based on my proof of purchase (which I have), but this location (Store # 5921) refused. Unfortunately, I am now out my money with zero resolution and terrible service. I am extremely disappointed and will not return to the Westgate Marketplace location (Store # 5921) until a new team takes over that is willing to help customers. This is only the second time in my life I have submitted this type of review, and I hope I never have to do so again. However, thank you to Google for providing a platform for customers to have a voice when they feel helpless.

I came in for the Veterans Day red, white, and blue, smoothie promotion. I went into the store at…read more2:40pm and was behind one other Veteran couple. The sign on the door said Veteran promotion till 3pm. The 2 employees were busy taking care of the drive thru. When the lady came over to the register at 3:07 she informed us we couldn't get the promotion because it was after 3pm. We stated we had been waiting almost 30 minutes and had been waiting at the register way before 3pm. She asked her Boss on the microphone and her Boss said No. Poor customer service ! I understand they were busy , but they clearly saw we had been waiting well before 3pm and should've honored the promotion. Also I checked several websites and news articles about the Veteran's Day promotions and none said any restricted times that was hand written on the door. Other companies had posted online times like Texas Roadhouse 11am to 2pm and Golden Coral after 4pm.
