I ordered two smoothies and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread Sandwich. They are all very delicious! Although, I normally get a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The flatbread one was *very* messy in comparison. Sweet potatoes came in more quantity and are warmer than usual. Service was delightful. Would get again if I had the chance. (Although usually most drinks at Tropical Smoothie in general are lacking in flavor. However, this is a personal opinion of mine.) read more

Service wasn't nice server left wanted to ask for napkins, but couldn't because she left so fast.

One of the girls at the cash register just to recommended my drink which was green and had ginger in it. Unfortunately, I forgot its name. I've never been to this establishment, but the care that she took to explain different drinks for me and how quickly they made it for me, even though it was running late for my flight meant a lot. Tropical Smootie threw out or kept half of my smoothie. This business, at the corporate level, apparently, does not allow the employees to give the customer all of the smoothie that is paid. I bought a smoothie, added in 4 items (vitamins, protein, probiotic, collagen) and I watched the employee pour half of the contents of that blender into the only cup size they have. When I questioned about what they did with the other half of my smoothie, they looked away and stated that they throw it away. I asked if I could have the other half of my smoothie and they stated that they could not give me it. It was against policy. I asked, so I paid $17 for a smoothie (with the $1.5/add on upcharge), they stated that seems to be the case. This isn't the first time I've seen it, so I've been going to Smoothie King instead and usually refuse to go to Tropical Smoothie. I have been reaffirmed in my decision. I would have returned it, but I'm currently in the airport and time dictates that decision most. read more

I had the avocalada which had great ingredients. But it seemed really sweet, especially since they use water as their base liquid. I looked at the ingredient list and saw that either splenda, turbinado, or raw sugar is added to the smoothie. Had that been listed on the menu, I would have asked them to leave it out. The real bummer is that I wasn't given a choice! Worst of all is that the sugar content is 100 grams! I ended up throwing it away. If you're looking for a healthy fix, just be aware of all that added sugar. read more

I visited this location Sunday evening with my mom before heading home to Las Vegas and was very concerned with the lack of sanitation/cleaning taking place before closing. As we were sitting there the guy working came out and started stacking all the chairs around us onto tables that were never cleaned..... we purposely chose the table we were at because it was the cleanest of them out there, they were all pretty bad... and then that's it? Just throw the chairs up on top of them and call it a night? Makes me wonder when they do wipe off the tables if not at closing.... Gross. And in an airport too????? Bonus gross...... read more
