They call out the food item, not your name, so you need to pay attention so that someone who comes after you doesn't grab your smoothie or panini by mistake! We stopped by for lunch and didn't have to wait to order. Within minutes, our orders were ready. It was a little more challenging than when they call out names. I mean if you miss the first word or two of what is being called, you may not recognize the order. Fortunately, the place was only about half full and the cashier (very personable!) nodded at me like "Hey, that's yours!" I ordered a Turkey Cranberry panini which was pretty tasty. The turkey was served warm and juicy (for turkey). The Swiss cheese was thick and gooey (yum!) and the cranberry flavor was from cranberry mayo with cranberry bits. The panini was lightly grilled/pressed and was quite good. I also ordered the Tropical Oasis smoothie, which is a bunch of fruit juices including strawberry, pineapple, and banana. It was cold and refreshing, but like a lot of smoothies, you have to wait for the melting to catch up to your thirst. By the bottom of the smoothie, the flavor was a little monotone compared to the taste at the beginning. My wife opted for the Carnitas (pork) wrap. She opted for the flour wrap (four options are available) to hold her marinated carnitas, black beans, corn salsa, avocado, salsa and sour cream. As you can see, the food tastes on the lighter side, but is sufficient enough in quantity and flavor to satisfy someone on the go for lunch.
