This spot not only has healthy smoothie options but it also serves very healthy, delicious, fresh, and bowl options. There wasn't a lot of space to sit as most of the tables are for two people. I really enjoyed my visit to Smoothie Spot Tamiami location. First time here. Jose at the counter was super friendly and helpful. He recommended us some great options. We ended up going with an açaí bowl and a chicken Cobb salad along with a Twisted strawberry smoothie that was out of this world! As we ate, we saw other people ordering some other items I'd like to try next time like their salmon bowl and wraps. Can't wait to return! If you're in the area go by and give them a try! read more

My husband and I went in for an avocado toast each and wound up paying $27.25! This total was including a 15% off discount coupon and we left a $4.09 tip. We were also charged $3.38 (also a 15% discount) for 2 small styrofoam cups of tap water, for a total of $31.34. The meal included 1 wheat toast with avocado and 2 fried eggs. My eggs were overdone; however the guacamole was delicious and the male server was very polite and nice. To charge $3.98 for tap water is ridiculous! For $30+ we could've had a full meal rather than a snack. It's a shame this place charges as if they're located in South Beach or Brickell when they're located in West Dade. This is not only frustrating but unacceptable, especially when steak is the main (and most expensive) component of the dish. I double-checked to make sure I ordered correctly--and I did. I had a lovely breakfast here on Monday around 8:30 am, the girl in the front was super nice and recommended some declicious food. I had a steak omelette no cheese and no bread , and she offered me a delicious green drink that had celery pineapple apples. She told me they ran out of celery so if I wanted to add ginger and lemon juice and I said yes. It was so delicious and fresh and refreshing. Just what I wanted. The omelette had lots of steak and tomatoes and onions, it tasted great and fresh. The service was great and super quick. I love it and will be recommending it ! read more

I absolutely love this smoothie spot. Tex-mex salad, grilled chicken Caesar wrap, berry bomb, classic strawberry are my go-to's. I will say I prefer the Tamiami location. Not just because it's 5 minutes from my house, because the staff is nicer. The Kendall location is 5 minutes from my job. And unfortunately, I had a run-in with apparently the owners father. That didn't want to substitute more strawberries and take out the banana from the shake. They always do it at Tamiami with a smile. Not everybody likes bananas. Guy really needs to check himself. It would be nice if, in the future they added some gluten-free bread. read more

This is honestly one of the WORST smoothie spot locations. I love smoothie spot but this location is such a mess. I came in today at 8pm and the lady said they were already closed...all because no one wanted to work. Everyone at this location is lazy when it comes near to closing times (there's still an entire hour left) and they hide in the back and take forever to come out and help you. On top of that, half of they don't have so many things on the menu and I really just think it's the staff not wanting to work and make it. Please do better. read more

The food is amazing. So fresh AND everything is healthy. We got The Burrito without corn. Their customer service is amazing as well. I even heard other customers complimenting them on their service. They make you feel welcome and at home. Always served with a smile. The place is clean and decorations and seating area is super nice. We also got the original strawberry classic. It was super filling and had amazing texture and taste. Way better than smoothie kings smoothies. I definitely definetely recommend this place. Whether you're on a healthy journey or not. Went on my lunch break from work to buy an açaí bowl which I always buy from other smoothie spots and I love them. To my surprise they took over 10minutes to make it and tied the bag closed tight, nonetheless as soon as they gave it to me I trusted that it was made right and took it to my car to eat for my last 15minutes on break. As I open the bag I see something so disgusting it's not even funny. The açaí was basically water and all the fruits were soggy inside. Not sure if they just put it in the microwave to unfreeze it or just did not care about the customer but I have to say it was the worst açaí bowl I've ever seen or tasted. Never again will I ever spend my hard earned money at this place. I could not even go back inside to address the situation because I had to go back to work. To top it off I kept seeing people from the back of the kitchen coming out as if they were hiding something back there. Definitely something fishy going on there do not recommend. read more
