Good experience at the Smoothie Spot by Dolphin Mall. My boyfriend and I came in craving some smoothie bowls (I dont like Acai so I appreciate the option to customize the base to another flavor). The bowls were each around $13 which is a little pricey but it was a good amount altogether so it was worth it. I definitely recommend stopping by for a refreshing smoothie. I also noticed they had a sign at their door for their "Happy Hour" which was 4-6 PM and it was a BOGO deal so check that out as well! Staff was friendly and quick to serve your order. The restaurant is super nicely decorated and clean. Lots of tables indside to eat. No music for ambiance which was a little strange but maybe it was off that particular day. read more

My most recent obsession are protein smoothies, and Smoothie Spot is one of my go-tos when I'm craving one. So far, I've tried two of their flavors: Piña Colada and PB&J, in addition to the Protein Coffee Frappe. They're all absolutely delicious and packed with at least 24 grams of protein (depending on your choice). The best part? They're free of artificial colors and have no sugar added! With over 10 smoothie flavors to choose from and an extensive selection of bowls, wraps and salads, I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their menu. read more

This is a healthy spot with easy parking. The cafe has a variety of health food options ranging from protein bowls and wraps to smoothies and acai bowls. They also have a nice selection of baked goods and house-made empanadas. For their protein bowls, they have two sizes. The small let's you add 5 toppings and the large lets you add 6. I ordered a small protein bowl with spinach rice, grilled chicken, maduros, sweet potato, broccoli, avocado, and pico de gallo. The quality was excellent and the chicken tasted tender and fresh. The cafe is not too big but there is ample seating and the ambiance was nice. It looks very clean and well maintained. I will say the service is a bit slow. There was only one employee working when I came in around lunch and it took a while for her to assist me with my order. I'll definitely be back to try their smoothies when I'm in the area. read more

Tonight my husband and I visited the Smoothie Spot right by Dolphin Mall. We were unfamiliar with the menu but the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Sophia made sure we were happy with our selections and was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Odalys was also very friendly and nice. We loved our selections- a modified Cobb Salad and a Burito Wrap, as well as a Mango Tango Smoothie - all the ingredients were super fresh and tasty and the portion sizes ample. We enjoyed dining in the clean and airy dining room. We will definitely be back earlier in the day to try some of the selections only available when the chef is there. This new healthy spot is just what we needed! I loved the decor, very boho/tropical, very chic. Plenty of tables to sit in and looks very clean. I walked in and was greeted right away. They have a variety of options from smoothies to wraps to coffee to create your own (CYO) meals to homemade sweats! The staff was very friendly and asked if I had been before or if it was my first time. It was my first time at this location, but I've been to others before so I knew what the deal was! I ordered to-go for myself and my brother. We got a CYO bowl. You choose one of the 7 different proteins (or veggie) and 6 toppings. You can get additional toppings for an up charge. Mine was steak and his was shrimp. They had to cook his shrimp so while we waited for the shrimp I made my order. I also decided to get the Açaí Berry smoothie. Then, as I was paying, I noticed the homemade sweets! They had a macadamia nut cookie, coconut guava cake, and different Rice Krispies treats. I went with the cookie! My total was around $50. Service was great, however, I had to wait a long time for my brother's shrimp to be done. I hate eating cold food, so I sat down and started eating my bowl while I waited. They were really apologetic about the situation. Both my brother and I agreed, that the CYO bowls were "fire", a 10/10! It was very fresh and tasty! The steak was cooked medium well, and was super flavorful, and juicy. My brother mentioned the shrimp was delicious! The smoothie was okay. I noticed a weird after taste at the beginning. The cookie was good! A little bit too sweet for me and on the harder side, but still good! Overall I think this is a great place to try after getting a workout in or if you're just looking for a healthier option! read more

The never ending hunt for healthy food options for lunch continues... The Smoothie Spot Doral West is new and delicious. I ordered a small create your own bowl with steak, spinach rice, mushrooms, and onions and peppers. The pineapple juice tasted like just pineapple and water and is so refreshing and delicious. Staff was very friendly and the place is cute and perfect for social media posts. Zero complaints. I will be adding this to my list read more

OK, so when I bowl, it looked brown I usually like a purple like a dark purple and when we tried it, it tasted like yogurt and a very like sweet lollipop so so I would like to read this a four out of 10 even though the fruits were very fresh I will say that in the granola was very really throw me off here. read more

Horrible service! I always go to the other Doral location but this time I was closer to this one and it's was instant regret. Cold food, poor customer service, my order was made wrong, place was dirty, everything was a mess. Asked for a specific smoothie that was in my rewards and they told me they couldn't make it a certain way because it was coming from my rewards and I wasn't actually paying, everything went wrong with that place!! read more

Unfocused staff on 9/13 10am. Ridiculous wait for two smoothies that did not get started until I returned from my Starbucks run. Was handed a bogo coupon as an accommodation only when I expressed my frustration. What a treat! read more

The staff was not accomodating. I am vegetarian and they did not have tofu, which is ok, but when I asked if I could replace the protein option with another topping she refused and stated the bowl was cheaper. However, when she charged me it was the same price as the other bowls with protein. So on top of their portions already being small, I got less than what I should have gotten. She was not nice and refused to even accomodate or offer an extra topping even for an additional charge. read more

ive been going to smoothie spot locations since 2016 and have never had a complaint until today at the new location in doral west: usually they are very generous with pours at other locations when it comes to bowls but today i ordered two small bowls and they were half way empty. the server would barely serve one full scoop and was not interactive at all. the chicken itself was sooo dry, at other locations the chicken is juicy and fresh. i would not recommend this location. read more
