This review is long overdue! My kids and husband love the acai bowls. I enjoy having preset options for these, frankly. I already know that all the ingredients here are pretty added-sugar-free, that many of the smoothies use coconut water, that the green juices are very green. There is nothing bad here, though there is a section of smoothies using frozen yogurt (which I have gotten as a treat before!) .Everything is very feel good! This is a woman-owned business, and a reason for the owners opening came from their passion for healthy ingredients after having a health issue. There Instagram is constantly thanking their employees. I love love love the green smoothies/juices. There are more than one without bananas, which I enjoy. I had one recently that I loved loved loved so much. This location is in a terribly run down plaza and in the corner of the plaza not even near the anchor stores, so you really may not think much of this spot. However, this also means plenty of parking, a hidden gem, and in a bit of a healthy food desert on Military. Smoothie Whirl'd is impeccably clean inside and the smoothie workspace is open to everyone in the store. It has quite a following, with lines forming everytime I've stopped by, and I would definitely describe folks as locals, notably working folks, students (as in, people in nurse uniforms, construction hats, and teenagers in high school garb). The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because in 2024 you'd think we'd have advanced to digital loyalty cards at minimum or even an app to place an order beforehand. Yesterday I gave my mouth a real treat! I had taken my car to the dealership for a 'check-up, when I decided to stop off at Smoothie Whirl'd for one of their amazing smoothies. It took a while, but I finally 'settled' on a Caribbean Smoothie, consisting of Mango Juice, Orange Sherbet, Strawberries and Peaches. Ohhhh... Myyyy... Goodness! Awesome Smoothie venue! Super clean, plenty of options to choose from, all types of protein add-ons. The staff was friendly and helpful with making recommendations and descriptive of the menu options. The size of he smoothies and prices were very reasonable. I ordered the peach refresher, it was blended to the perfect consistency, full of natural flavors, I didn't taste any artificial sugars and could tell the ingredients were fresh! I would like to start that I often frequented this location since they are good & smoothie places are limited in this area that doesn't already come from a machine. Today, I was in this location with my 7-year old & the music was disgraceful!!! Women were called: B*****, H****, N**... it kept going on and on & not better, sadly. I believe everyone has a choice to listen to what they want, but when dealing with the community maybe some manners should be taught prior to hiring. But that's just me... a consumer. Previously loyal customer. I was given the reason that they can't change that station's playlist (On Pandora!!). I have been going to this location long enough that children come in with their parents. Because of your staff's lack of care for their clients that may not teach their children vulgar language while stopping for a smoothie. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I discovered Smoothie Whirl'd by chance several weeks ago when I was searching for a smoothie place near my two West Palm Beach offices. Smoothie Whirl'd was conveniently located between the two of them, right on Military Trail, just south of Okeechobee Blvd. Since then, I have been stopping in 2 or 3 times a week. I love Smoothie Whirl'd for several reasons: 1) I can get in and out of the parking lot quickly when I am going from office to office. 2) They always have plenty of help, so I never have to wait long for my smoothie. 3) The smoothies are delicious: I almost always get the medium Chocolate-PB-Banana smoothie with a shot of whey protein. There are lots of others I want to try, but I like that one so much, I rarely branch out. 4) The smoothies are less expensive than any other smoothie shop I go to. 5) Best of all, it is a happy place! All the employees are young people, and they are all attentive, professional, and polite. I always leave feeling appreciated, and I am in a good mood. I recently rented a photography studio in the area so I love that I can come to Smoothie Whirl'd often! The staff never fails to give a personal "hello" to each customer that walks through the door. They are always friendly and love to offer suggestions. I try something new every time and I have yet to be disappointed. Always fresh and always filling. I've been here several times on lunch break. The first time my smoothie was great. Couldn't wait to go back. Second time had some fruit chunks in my smoothie but was overall good. Employee had this tray to put my card in and I didnt see because I was reading the new specials sign in front of me so she started tapping the tray.. weird but whatever. Girl seemed miserable and rude as all hell. Got my bowl and went back to my office which is less than 3 minutes away. First off.. The staff is just WOW! What a great team it is obvious they are passionate about service and love their job. They are so nice & always very helpful and they address me by name ( I'm in there almost once a week ) & the punch cards are awesome since I am constantly picking up smoothies for everybody at work... Speaking of the smoothies: you can't go wrong. I just order 5-6 random smoothies every time I go and we haven't been disappointed yet. My go to is the green crush because I love spinach and apples.
