I found this place a month or so ago because I wanted a bagel and I saw the neon sign, I saw a few cars and I decided to take a detour and stop there. I've been to this location before. The first time I had it I had no complaints. The coffee was made ok and the service was great. Tonight I went through the drive through at about 952, although they close at 10. There were two cars ahead of me so a normal person would assume that an employee would come out and take your order. At 958 the girl approached my car after giving the first two cars their orders and said "I'm sorry those were the last two cars for the night." And mentioned that it "takes a while to close up" so she couldn't take my order. I'm not asking to bend the rules for me because if that is the policy to close the store while customers are in line before closing time then fine. But they should have came out and said something instead of sitting inside looking out at my car until it was close enough to 10. I guess I'll just take my business elsewhere. read more

I let the server know it was my first time and he recommended I try the mango passion fruit lemonade. That's probably one of the best lemonades I've had. It was certainly refreshing. This was my first time and sadly not impressed. The menu was very confusing. The guy who helped me was super nice and tried explaining how it works but I just wanted a coffee with chocolate macadamia and hazelnut and there were premade coffee bases that are already flavored with caramel, vanilla, etc. so I would have to do the flavors "on top" of them. I ended up just ordering a latte with the flavors I wanted. It tastes like Dunkin coffee to me. I only taste hazelnut. I am thinking now I should've just ordered something on the menu already and maybe would have liked it more. Will try again that way and see if I feel differently about it. This has quickly become my favorite summer stop for lemonade! I'm not big on energy drinks, and I rarely drink coffee during the hotter months, so 7 Brew's endless lemonade combinations have me in a chokehold. My friends now even look forward to my "drink of the day" posts on IG lol. The staff at this location are always friendly, and the wait times are never too long. I also love their rewards system (one free drink for every 10 purchases or 1,000 points), plus a free birthday drink. And don't sleep on Double Point Tuesdays! They're a game changer for racking up rewards faster. One thing I really appreciate is being able to check my rewards in real time through the 7 Brew web browser (since there isn't an app). I suggest saving the webpage as a shortcut on your home screen so it works just like an app. My only complaint is that you can't view your full order history at once, just the details of your last drink. This is a coffee I will be coming back for more and more. I was driving down in palm beach and noticed this coffee place from the street and I've never heard of it. I did some research only and figured I'd give it a try. This place does not have an inside so everything is drive thru- and or walk up. I tried the pumpkins blondie which was phenomenal. I'm not sure what kind of coffee they use but it was so smooth, creamy, and rich. I loved mine! My mother tried their green tea and enjoyed hers she said it was very refreshing! Service wise the young lady who took the order was laid back and chill, made conversation while the drink was made, which I guess is how they do it. It's located in the middle of the Okee Square plaza, I wish there was more signage, it's kinda like a maze to figure out the line situation. I noticed this place a few months ago, decided to come by during a weekend morning while I was in WPB. It's in Okee Square plaza, I think it has the Advanced Auto Parts, Michael's craft store, Staples etc. It's not far from the 95. Maybe it's me, interesting weave through the parking lot to find the beginning of the line. It's drive-thru style with 2 lines. If it is busy, they do the Chick-Fil-A thing where staff will come out to your car with iPads and take your order to expedite the process. Friendly greetings as they help you, if you can't see the menu board or signs, they can let you look on their iPad. Order, then pull up to the front, another staff member will confirm your drink and have you pay. Nice chit-chat while waiting for your drink order, will wipe down your cup so it doesn't dirty up your cup holder. Big plus in my book, they are open early at 5:30 in the morning! Ordered my gateway drink to try out a new place, iced vanilla latte. Pretty good, a bit sweet but didn't realize you can adjust the sugar levels. Also, you can select milk type etc. It depends on what you get, but my price for my drink was pretty good. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient to get your order cranked out. I heard about swag day at this new location and wanted to give it a shot! I am a huge coffee fan so I never pass up the opportunity to try new brews, and a free t-shirt made the detour worth it. This coffee shop reminded me of the ones you see all over Seattle. You can drive thru or walk up to the window which makes it very convenient if you're in a hurry. The staff was very hype and seemed happy to be a part of this shop. While I liked the overall vibe of this coffee chain, I must admit I was not a fan of the coffee or the smoothie. I ordered the mango smoothie and it was so sweet- but not in a good way. It definitely did not taste like it had any actual fruit in it, but rather tasted like it was a premade mixture. The coffee was also disappointing. It was bold but had a stale taste to it. It was so overwhelming I couldn't really enjoy the cinnamon flavoring. It was a HUGE coffee, but definitely not quality. I spotted this place right off I-95 while craving a smoothie or shake and decided to check it out. It's navy blue building , 7 Brew is tucked right in between the shopping plaza right next to the Audi Dealership and Autozone and was super easy to access. The staff helped me right away and even recommended mixing flavors--which was a cool touch. I ended up getting a mango and piña colada shake , and it was delicious!!! They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from, including shakes, teas, lemonades, hot or iced classics, cold brew, and fruity energy drinks (iced or chilled). Prices are pretty reasonable too. The two-lane drive-thru is shaded, which is a nice bonus, and the team working there was friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stop by again next time I'm in town read more

I come here to this 7 brew at least 2-3 times per week. I love my 7 brew coffee creations but the toxic culture among the poor employees make me not want support the business and today was my last straw. It started with the girl who took my order while I was in line. She was absolutely drenched in sweat because it was high noon in the middle of August in South Florida... I asked her if she had any reprieve of AC and she said "no not really.." When I finally got up to the window to get my drink, the crewmember seemed extremely glum. Which is not like the typical overly happy, chitchatting vibes that are typically going on there. A couple minutes go by and no drink comes out and he goes to someone to get a water for himself. The "shift lead" yells at him for not ringing it up right for himself in front me... mind you still no coffee for me. After about seven minutes, I finally asked him to go into the hut to ask where my drink was. When he went inside, the "lead" barista screamed at him to "get the F out" and said that he was a liar that I did not ask him to figure out what was going on with my coffee. I yelled out my window that I DID in fact ask him to help figure out what was going on as I had been sitting there now at this point for nearly 10 minutes with a line of people behind me. The girl in the hut was so incredibly rude to me, as well as her coworker. I do not care if he's not a good employee or if she has issues with him, that is NO way to talk to a colleague in front of customers or EVER. You are serving COFFEE, not performing life-saving surgery. You can speak to each other with a little bit more kindness and respect. Because of that girl, I don't think I can support a company that allows the authority figure in the business to talk to the subordinates like that. I gotta say that the coffee is good when it is made right. I've only had it right one time out of the handful of times that I went there. I keep on trying over and over again, but they just can't seem to get it right. First of all when I order and we're five cars deep And I say thank you you at least acknowledge me. Every time they never acknowledge. If you're not happy go somewhere else seriously this is the phase of your company and the first person customers come in contact with don't want to see that kind of disappointment for going and paying more than five dollars for a drink. Today I ordered a toasted marshmallow iced mocha breve with whipped cream. All I got was a toasted marshmallow breve with no whipped cream and no chocolate. I just can't go back again even though the coffee itself is good. It's not what I ordered each time and for the price, it's just not worth it. I have been dying to come and try the coffee here. I finally made it in and I was helped by a very helpful young man in the drive-through. He helped me with my options and I told him what kind of drink I wanted and I really appreciated it. The coffee was phenomenal. I said I wanted it sweet and strong and that's exactly what I got. I would highly recommend. My only thing I would say is please take the tip off of the iPad. Maybe have a different way of asking for a tip, but having the person stand in front of you and asking for a tip for a single beverage service or a drive-through is a little bit uncomfortable for consumers. The most amazing Drive up coffee bar on the planet. My first experience with 7 Brew was in Tuscaloosa Alabama. Delicious iced coffees made your way with choices galore! Just look at the menu! My favorite is a Diet sugar free Blondie iced coffee made 3/4 sweet. The staff exudes kindness! They have runners in line taking your orders to keep the flow going because they're so crowded all the time! They will also take your phone number and records your orders so you can just say same as before after giving them your orders. And the 10th one is free! Yesterday I went to order my coffee and the young man informed me I had to pay at the front ok no problem. Got to the front to pay and the young lady informed me she didn't see my order ok I order and I paid. My initial visit was on a rainy Monday afternoon when I desperately needed a little pick me up! Mia (I apologize if I spelled incorrectly) was the staff member who served me and deserves a shoutout. She was both extremely knowledgeable and personable. I had a few questions regarding the menu and coffee preparation. I informed her of my flavor and sweetness level preferences. She offered suggestions based on my likes and hit it out of the ballpark! Given her recommendations, I ordered a small salted pumpkin iced oat milk latte, but with a quarter of sweetness due to the fact I don't enjoy anything too sweet. It was epic! And it did the trick in terms of waking me up. A small is 16 ounces which is perfect for an afternoon delight. Seven Brew is able to adjust your sweetness however you please and also combine flavors. Another really cool thing is they have the ability to review your past purchases. This comes in clutch if you can't recall a drink you ordered and loved. They can locate it and recreate it for you. Finally, they offer a rewards program to include a free birthday beverage. Each drink is worth 100 points and a free beverage (any size, type, etc.) is earned when one reaches 1k points. I will definitely visit 7 Brew again and I wouldn't be disappointed if they opened a location on the North end of the county too. Hint, Hint. ;) read more

7brew is just ok for me. They brought flavored coffee by my workplace the day before they opened and I thought it was pretty good. I drove over one afternoon and ordered a flavored coffee for a coworker and got myself a large house blend with almond milk. First off, the large is like a bucket. Kind of unnecessarily large. What I'm not a fan of is the clear syrups for flavor. I prefer cream based flavors, sweet or unsweet. 7Brew doesn't offer that. What a shame. What also seems unnecessary is the 'joyous' workers standing outside awaiting your arrival. It's a bit much to me, and feels a little 'in your face.' He asked me to rate the drink, I had to lie and say it was excellent fearing the worst for my safety. (kidding obviously, but seriously though...) I might go back.
