I was chatting with my boss the following day who mentioned he dined there in the past. He's a big fan and recommends the bison burger. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and gave me his recommendations. I left with 4 meals and I've enjoyed two to date: the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and the cowboy shepherds pie. The buffalo creation had a generous amount of white tender chicken breast but could've benefited from some more flavor. It was good but again, could afford some more spices. On the contrary, the cowboy creation was epic! It was robust with flavor and also had a generous amount of meat. I'm looking forward to trying the other two meals in the week ahead. I'll definitely return for some pre packaged meals but also look forward to trying a wrap or protein shake on my next visit.
