I plan on making multiple meals out of these items. Every single item listed above was FRESH and FANTASTIC!!!!!! The flavor and the taste of everything was just incredible. I can't believe how amazing the mac and cheese was. I placed the muffin in the microwave for 15 seconds prior to eating and it was so gooey and I felt like I was eating an "unhealthy" muffin when it was only 77 cals. The best feeling ever! This was my first visit at this FitLife store and met with the manager Lisa who emitted a great personality with a professional presence without exerting an aggressive sales pitch. Spun the colorful "Whirl of Fun" prize wheel at the front counter and won a free meal of my choice from the wall cooler. Lisa provided a recommendation for the bourbon street chicken and white rice with 690 calories and 73 grams of protein meal (thats a great protein to calorie ratio). The nutritional value was exactly what I was looking for in a complete meal. This location as most, provide microwaves inside the store to heat up your meal and eat on the front patio, take back to your office or eat in your car. I took my meal home and microwave heated the contents per the simple instructions. The rice could have been softer but the bourbon chicked had an explosion of flavor in every moist chunk and was pleased that there was plenty of sauce. Satisfied by the taste and size of the meal, but could not find the expiration date on the wrapper.

The chicken cutlets here are very good and they run them 25% off on Thursdays. Picked up some of the Pecan Breaded cutlets and some of the Nashville hot cutlets. I've never had the hot ones before, but I'm sure they're just as good as the others. I find the quality of the food is a little higher than your basic grocery store. They run specials every day and if you join their email list, you'll get a notification in the morning and you can plan your shopping and save a little money at the same time.
