    Spanish latte
    Alyana S.

It was my first time visiting this Seed location. I like there's more seating here. I got the Spanish latte and it wasn't as good as I hoped. I do like there's more options on the menu such as various food options. I wish the coffee was better.

I've been to the seed before and often tell people that this place has my favorite coffee. I'm not sure if it's this location or if there was a mix up but unfortunately the cinnamon toast crunch latte that my partner ordered tasted almost like black coffee. There was absolutely no flavor. The banana bread cold brew that I ordered was pretty tasty and I enjoyed it. Hopefully this is a one time thing but super disappointing for it being his first time trying the seed!

Came here for the acai bowls, and it did not disappoint. Definitely one of the best acai bowls I've had!

The setup of The Seed is similar to most coffee shops. You walk up to the counter, order and then pick it up on the other side of the counter. The service at this location was not it. When I walked up to the register, I wasn't greeted or spoken to. I began ordering and asked for nonfat milk. The woman, with an attitude, said "we don't have nonfat milk. Only two percent or alternative milks." I felt like I was being judged because it was clear I was not a regular customer. The coffee itself was really good. My latte was very smooth. I also ordered a spinach and cheese empanada, which was filled well and tasty. There are also not a lot of seats inside, but they have additional seating outside. The coffee and food is good. I would recommend going to their other locations though.

This is a very crowded cute coffee shop next to a gas station in Boca. There are a few outside tables and a good amount of seating inside. service was average in terms of friendliness but pretty quick considering how busy they were. I ordered the strawberry latte. It always fun and different but not amazing. Overall a nice place if you are in the area.

I found the seed on google because I love exploring new coffee shops and WOW! This spot is fantastic. The decor is beautiful, the service is 10/10 and the food/coffee is amazing. I ordered the Florida burrito which was wonderful. This burrito comes with an orange sauce and is so soft and just melts in your mouth. It has korean-style turkey bacon, turkey sausage, and scallion potatoes. A must have if you are eating here. The most unique thing about the seed is that they have coffee flavored ice cubes for only $1 extra! It helps so much to not water down the coffee. I usually take a while to drink my coffee, so this is very helpful for me. The taste of the coffee here is smooth and strong. I ordered the coldbrew with almond milk and 2 sugar free vanilla pumps. I also ordered the Posty protein smoothie. It has almond milk, Blackberry, Blueberry, Banana, Chia Seeds, Almond Butter, Honey, Vanilla Protein, and Topped with Hemp Seeds. So fresh and so smooth. Overall, really fantastic experience at this coffee shop. Absolutely recommend to all in the area!

    Strawberry matcha

The best strawberry matcha I've ever had hands down. I go back for it every single time I'm in Boca. I order it with almond milk and half sweet half unsweetened. It's a little pricey, but worth it every once in a while. The service is typically quick and the cafe itself is very cute and cozy! Their paradise sliders are also very delicious, if you're looking for a quick bite.

Love the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte- not too sweet and definitely a nostalgic taste. Nice & quick service!

Right now in the winter season they have cookie butter matcha, its so good. I also tried the pumpkin bagel bomb, which was pretty good. The bread is not like a bagel, its more like a brioche to me. Its not as dense as a bagel but it was good. I Also tried the min egg and sausage sandwich which seems to be the same king of bread used for the bagel bomb. Both were good. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program.

Came here since we were around the area and I've always seen it on my instructions feed. I love the vibe of this cafe, it's pretty chill and quiet enough to have a decent conversation with your companion. Also a good vibe if you are alone. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte, while by Husband ordered the Cinnamon toast crunch latte. Strawberry Matcha Latte was good, but a little overpriced in my opinion. But I get that you also pay for the vibe. Cinnamon Toast Latte - a limited edition of theirs. Had a sip and it literally tastes like the milk+Cinnamon toast crunch cereal. Still pretty good

Top favorite coffee shops in Boca!! I come here almost weekly and get my espresso beans from here because I love the Seed so much!! Great spot for working although it can get pretty loud and busy sometimes. Great vibes, great coffee, great service. Their seasonal lattes are usually what I go for but the cinnabee is staple on their menu and it's DELICIOUS if none of the seasonals catch your eye.

I loved coming here the day I came they had our side vendors selling many different cool things like jewelry and shirts. The ambiance here is very welcoming they have salads and breakfast and pastries as well for you to purchase along with coffee teas and more! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and the coffee shop was cute and comfy its not very big but the overall ambiance was very nice and it was clean. I enjoyed my strawberry matcha I had wanted to try this drink on their menu for the longest I love that they use organic matcha as well the drink was so delicious I wanted to run back and get another one the strawberry foam was nice and fluffy and creamy and I loved the taste of the strawberry.

The stand out for me was their fruit salad cups. I usually get fruit salad with my breakfast while traveling to keep up my fruit/veggie intake but the fruit tends to be not ripe and/or mostly melon which I don't really like. This fruit salad was very fresh, perfectly ripe and had plenty of kiwi, strawberries, pineapple and grapes- all stuff I love. I also had a frittata every morning, broccoli and cheddar, and it was made very well and a perfect portion. If you're planning on getting something that needs to be warmed up, give yourself 10mins so that they can do it in the toaster, it's worth the extra time. The frittata didn't have much cheese, but I was ok with that since I wanted to have a healthy light breakfast that wouldn't weigh me down or make me feel ill while working. The staff was also very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure you were getting the best service. They also have a cute glass teapot with a tea light underneath for sampling their "tea of the day" which changed daily. 5/5

Seemed like every customer that walked in knew and loved her. Only a few small tables inside with additional counter bartop seating and two optional outside patio tables but way too hot today for that experience although does provide a long view of Mizner Park across the street. The decor was strong bohemian themed with hanging plant ladders and even a blue vintage pay phone although no dial tone. The visually appealing space created a relaxed but fun atmosphere. Kylie brewed us a double espresso presented in a mini porcelain cup rather than the boring paper cup. Very strong coffee with a nice nutty aroma. The choices for a pastry was thin today and they were out of the blueberry muffins. The gender neutral bathroom matched the cute decor of the café with navy blue walls and porcelain tan tile floors. She apologized when coming back but it was a little odd, we waited about five mins or so. I told her I was considering the tiramisu latte or the pistachio latte and I was hoping she could help steer me in a direction. I asked what she thought between the two and she clearly found my question odd bc there was a long pause before she said it depends what I'm in the mood for. Which isn't very helpful at all lol. And she said it with a bit of sass, like what a dumb question to ask. I don't think my question was that outlandish, many places have specific favorites or recommendations. After discovering the tiramisu latte relies on the cream top that can only be made using cream and no non-dairy products, I decided against that one. Without the cream top, it's just a vanilla latte she told us. Typically the pistachio latte is made with syrup and a pistachio butter but she said even the pistachio butter is made with condensed milk. We wanted to confirm paying for a pistachio latte would be the same as paying for a latte with syrup added and she said it would, but again she seemed kinda annoyed or impatient by our questions. Not friendly service at all. It came out to $8 for an iced latte ($1 for non-dairy milk) in an albeit cute container but it was just subpar.

Absolutely loved it. I have no idea what happened on my last visit but the cappuccino I got was putrid. It tasted stale, burnt and metallic. And it wasn't hot. While I was not paying close attention, I could swear that it was not freshly pulled out of the espresso machine nor was the milk freshly frothed. From the time I ordered to the time I got the coffee it took 20 seconds. How is this possible? I have a really nice espresso machine at home and there's no way I could be serving cappuccinos in 20 seconds. Regardless, the proof is in the taste which was absolutely terrible and the temperature which was lukewarm. It was like stale 7-Eleven coffee at best. Blech. Lame and unacceptable. One star. I'll try one more time but if it sucks again, I guess I'll be sticking with Subculture and Starbucks.
