Upon entering the store, it's averagely welcoming with plenty of tea options, ice cream and macaroons. I like their variety, but despite the large selection of drinks, they're mostly the same type of drinks you'd find in other stores, including boba tea classics, smoothies, shakes and coffee. Their shake was watery/thin, despite asking for a thicker shake. I also ordered the strawberry milk tea. Tastes great but nothing too special. The store could benefit with hiring extra workers. There was only one girl covering the front and the making of all drinks. It wasn't rush hour- with one couple ordering after us- we were the first in line but it took about 10 minutes for us to get our 2 drinks. She did say, if you want some fresh (I did, and will always want that), their juices are the only fresh items on their menu. Dang it! The whole thing was a wash and also went into the trash. I feel like I'm chasing the success of Bambu (Asian Times Square) and looking for the same level of quality without that dang powder; it seems many places are using powder.
