Great frozen yogurt place! Lots of toppings selections. My new to go to place very clean .

I come here occasionally and have noticed they've been getting better each time. The self-serve area is clean and organized and the service is friendly. A good range of flavors: fruit, chocolate, and confectionery. The toppings are also amazing. I personally love coming here to get their mango sorbet, jelly topping pearls, with some chamoy and tajin. Prices are reasonable too and they have a rewards punch card as well. read more

The frozen yogurt tasted great. Yoghurt Zone had lots of different options in terms of yogurt flavors, but also when it comes to toppings. The service was alright. There was not much contact with the staff present. The store is clean, light, and has an upbeat feel to it. The only real downside was that I felt like the yogurt was somehow overpriced. read more

So many choices of toppings! They have all kinds if syrup and fruit and candy. The price range here is very affordable and they also do punch cards! Lots of outdoor seating so its great to sit outside with friends in a nice weather. I only get plain tart and theirs is a little more on the "too-sweet" side. Definitely recommend! read more

This place just opened up in the shopping center off Airport Freeway and Beltline Road. Ya know, the Target shopping center across from the Irving Mall? Located in the vicinity of Cricket, left of Payless and Target, you'll find this yummy addition to the plaza!! Let's get to the good stuff: Grab your bowl, and select from the many delicious flavors they have to offer - Tropical Coconut, Mango, Tahitian Vanilla, Birthday Cake, Strawberry, Triple Chocolate, Espresso - just to name a few I can recall! Then continue on down the line to the goodies! Top your masterpiece with an assortment of confections that will tickle your sweet tooth. I've been coming here for years and kind of disappointed that my purchase was too small to earn a rewards card. I spent nearly $4 and to me that's not cheap. On top of that, when I asked for whip cream, they wouldn't let me touch it and instead the cashier who touched filthy cash and didn't sanitize his hands had nerve to put the whip cream on top of my cup but then customers can touch the other bottled syrups and all the other toppings. Not sure how this makes sense. I didn't even eat my ice cream I ended up throwing it away. Not coming back here again. read more

We haven't been to a yogurt place since we've moved to Texas. I happen to look one up and came here. It's exactly like what we were looking for but so much better! The flavors are great and they had a good variety of toppings. And so CLEAN! You can tell that they take great pride in what they do. It has gotten a whole lot more expensive since I last visited the average for my fiance and myself was around 12 max this time it was 17 ...... 17 dollars for froyo we were shocked now we go and just get yogurt and add toppings at home it's honestly not worth how expensive it is though. read more

*update* not only did the owner not apologize for his children/employees poor behavior he called me a liar in an email. Really???? That's customer service he said he was in the army and he instilled that discipline in his employees, and he wasn't taking any steps to discipline them, not even over his knee. I asked for her bosses name and number she laughed and handed me a card, and wouldn't give me her Name and the other guys am said said "he knows who I am", I said "I'd still like your name and his". She says he knows who we are, I looked at card and found out its "privately owned" I said "oooooo this is your daddy's place". I asked who the other gangly bearded guy that looked like he need a shower if it's his father too...."yep and I am the general manager". I came in here craving yogurt so bad. As i walked toward the line i was wanting to taste the flavors and also their was one of the employees standing right in front of it yet she didn't tell me where the sample cups were. I'm sure she knew what i was looking for . Then as soon as i pour a little into the big cups to try it she comes up Rudely saying that i can't do that and i can't be eating it out of the cup like that. I like coming to this location. The workers always greet you as a standard courtesy. I usually get 3 flavored yogurt. California tart, horchata gelato, and mango sorbet. I usually top it off with bananas, strawberries and mangos. With toasted coconut, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and brownies. The place is always clean and tidy. Instead of having someone guard the yogurt machines you should have them mop the floor so it doesn't smell like feet in your store. You can use the same water cup twice, but not the same tester cup? Your mouth goes on both of them, what's the difference? Oh wait you might eat 5 cents of yogurt without paying for it. read more

My family and I have been coming here for a couple of years now mainly during the summer. We love the variety of flavors and fresh fruits they have as well as the sprinkles and different toppings. I am glad they opened near our house and the price is reasonable depending on what you get. read more

Tonight my family and I came in and the staff is very rude. We have been in several times and we always get the Tahitian vanilla and tonight it tasted like coconut. I told the younger Hispanic guy I thought maybe they switched the vanilla and coconut by accident. He laughed and walked away. Totally didn't care. I told a girl behind the counter and she argued with me that it didn't taste like coconut. As if I didn't know what I was eating! A older Asian man that worked here tried it and agreed it tasted like coconut. He asked one of his employees for another sample cup to try the coconut to see if maybe it had been switched by accident. She rolled her eyes! She BEST be glad I didn't see her roll her eyes @ me! My kids told me after we left. To the owner, this is a nice yogurt shop in a great location! I am so happy we have one closer to home...but you need to have a talk with your staff. They are not helpful or friendly. Oh and the girl who rolled her eyes said y'all get a new flavor or vanilla every week and that's why it doesn't taste like it usually does! Umm I was here last week! Rude! Fire them all and get friendly faces! (The older Asian guy was nice) Although I had a bad experience w/the rude teens tonight, it is a very clean yogurt shop, the owner is kind and addressed my concerns. I feel that this place has one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a restaurant. An older Asian man that worked at Yogurt Zone scoffed at our party (6 ppl) as we waited in line to put toppings on our yogurt. We were just standing there talking amongst ourselves about nothing significant. The employee obviously is disgruntled and probably does not enjoy working for Yogurt Zone. My friend and I come here often as a lunch break or after work treat. While I do agree the staff can be less than friendly, how much help do you need getting yogurt? When I've asked questions, they've always answered but they certainly don't go out of their way. Their fruit is fresh which is not always the case at yogurt places. This place is amazing! My family and I went to Yogurtzone last night for the first time and we were impressed by all of the variety of yogurt and toppings. I especially loved all of the fresh fruit options. Customer service was great, too. I've been to other frozen yogurt stores and this one by far has the best customer service. Unfortunately, the only complaint I have is about other customers. There was a group of high school girls who were being rude and disruptive. When they finally left the store they were being loud and obscene and yelling at the cashier. It's unfortunate that kids these days don't know how to properly behave in public. read more

Took my sons here tonight and it was a great experience as usual. Very clean and the staff greeted us as we walked in which was nice. They have a small selection but they do change the flavors up a bit which is good. The toppings they have always look fresh and taste good. The price is not bad either depending on how much you get. For the three of us it was about $4 each. Will continue to go back. read more
