Sadly, tonight I was highly disappointed in the quality. It's Good Friday and everybody was out and about and they were swamped. When I approached to order they stated it would be 30 minute wait. This truck is parked in Madison, not Nashville. If you're looking for it and can't find it, you might be looking in the wrong city. 3.) The meats/tastes/appearances were indistinguishable. That's a problem. Beef, chicken and pork come from different animals. They should taste and look different. 4.) The pricing is inconsistent, varying from person to person. 5.) Seeing as though the meats were indistinguishable and the pricing varied from me to the other people in line, I should have known better than to eat the food. I did not know better. I learned that Saturday in mid-summer. I had almost immediate stomach issues that lasted the weekend. 6.) To top off the above, the tortillas tore.
