    Dmytro Chornyi served us very promptly and blew us away about his knowledge of the product(…read morerefrigerators) on the floor. He determined what our space was and showed us only what he knew would fit. He knew the dimensions of the fridges without needing to check a manual, and easily and quickly listed the pros and cons of the appliances we looked at. He found us a heavily discounted fridge ( some very minor dents) which was exactly the same as the one we liked on the floor. He found the history of why the fridge had been returned and printed us up a complete manual. He is a salesperson any company would be very fortunate to have in its employ The checkout process was handled smoothly by Kadence despite the computer system being down. She apologized for the delay and thanked us for our patience

    Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Communication - Trail Appliances (Langley/Aldergrove Location)…read more I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and communication I received from Trail Appliances in Langley/Aldergrove following the purchase of several major appliances, including a refrigerator, oven range, dishwasher, and microwave with fan. The issues began immediately after we paid for the order. First, the store had our delivery address recorded incorrectly, which caused confusion and delays. More frustratingly, we were not informed that the oven range would not be delivered with the rest of our appliances. As a result, we were left without a stove for two weeks. Attempts to get in touch with our salesperson were unsuccessful--our calls were not returned. When I tried to speak with a manager, I was told one would return my call, but that never happened. On a subsequent attempt, I was told no managers were available. Only after I expressed serious dissatisfaction did someone make a manager available to speak with me. After several back-and-forth discussions with the manager, Roger, we were offered a mere $75 in compensation for all the inconvenience we experienced. Given the lack of communication, the delayed delivery, and the repeated address errors, this offer felt inadequate. Even after confirming the new delivery date for our oven, the company again had the wrong address on file. I had to call once more to correct this--despite having previously reported the issue. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Trail Appliances' customer service and lack of accountability. I will not shop there again and cannot recommend them to others.

This place is unique because they are non-commissioned sales. The sales people genuinely want to know your needs and what you are looking for. They have an abundance of knowledge of the products in the market and want to find something suitable for you. Unlike other appliance stores that may try to upsell you on more features you don't need. We were in there on a Saturday afternoon and our salesman spent about an hour with us helping us select the right washer & dryer, and dishwasher for us. He did a great job of telling us about all of the different options that could work for us. That kind of service you will not get at your big box store. Best of all the prices here are very reasonable. I think we got lucky finding this place at the home & design show combined with a bunch of sales going on at the time. At the home show they had given out coupons to save the gst which we also took advantage of. This is the only place I will shop for appliances for in the future!

As soon as we walked in the door we felt so welcome. Gordon had no reservations approaching us even though my husband did not have a mask (we are so sorry for anyone offended). We were there to initially purchase a sectional, however because of my husband's severe sleep apnea, asthma, and severe respiratory issues (which we are awaiting surgery) we needed better sleep. Gordon took care of us. I am an over researcher, and Libra so I have a hard time narrowing down products. Gordon suggested 3 mattresses which would be the best fit for us based on comfort and our health needs. You know you're working with an expert when you don't question his experience. Gordon was able to relate to us as he was also in the trades previously and able to recommend the best support for my husband. We never felt pressured for sales. If anything we wanted more. Everything was an open book. My husband and I are not the type to invest in any type of protection plan, however, we both looked at eachother feeling as though everything was a great investment. Gordon answered every single question/concern we could think of. There was not an instance where he wasn't genuine. If anything, he went above and beyond. After purchasing a wicked sectional, mattress, pillows and everything in between, we were in and out in less than 30 min. He respected our time, and everyone else in the show room with his professionalism. The financing was a breeze. He made sure we were taken care of 1000% and wanted us to enjoy our new goods as soon as we could. Purchased that evening, and delivered first thing in the morning. We are so happy! Give this man a bonus! We will defintely be back.
