They still provide the consistent quality and service we need for our lighting display in the Arts District downtown. Our representative, Nelson, has always been great with helping us achieving our goals to light the street festively and within our budget. Read my review below. Asaf is very intelligent, helpful and an excellent problem solver. He truly goes above and beyond. He made two trips out to my site. After the original pumps I had purchased weren't suitable for the installation. He even did the plumbing hook up which wasn't really part of his job. If all contractors communicated the way Rudy does, half of the world's problems would probably be solved (ok, slight hyperbole). From start to finish, Rudy was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. He let me know when he was heading to my house, when he arrived on the property, and when he left. I never had to wonder whether he was coming or if I had been ghosted by yet another contractor. He kept every appointment and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Apparently, this level of reliability does still exist! He was also extremely respectful and as another Yelper mentioned, never pushy about upselling me. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and offered ideas about what would look best in my backyard. I felt like I was getting genuine advice rather than a sales pitch. There are maybe one or two other people I've hired over the years whom I would gleefully recommend without hesitation. Rudy is now firmly on that very short list. If anyone I know needs bistro lights installed, I wouldn't just recommend him. I'd probably insist. My only complaint is that Rudy doesn't offer more services. I wish he were a roofer, carpenter, electrician, plumber, handyman...hell, at this point, I wish he did everything. I'd hire him for my entire house. Thank you sooooooo much Rudy and team. While the lighting wasn't an emergency, he had to do a lot of detailed work to find the problem and remediate it. He worked so diligently for a few hours, in order to find a workaround. He also helped with some other minor electrical issues around the house. Overall, I'm extremely impressed by his diligence, hard work, and detective skills. This wasn't an easy fix, as I had imagined it could be, but he found a resolution. I can't recommend Rigoberto enough and MT electric!
