    Shroomami Bowl
    Autumn M.

This place is great. Lots of healthy options, it's hard to choose. I went with the Shroomami bowl and had a hard time not just inhaling it. For $11 it's well worth the cost. It's very filling, but didn't leave me feeling heavy. Besides bowls, they have ready-made items and also bottles/cans of drinks, and snacks for purchase.

The environment is very green/eco friendly which was the first thing that caught my eye. Staff is really nice & helpful. They really try to make most of the food gluten free accessible in addition to other dietary needs like vegetarian and vegan. The food was plentiful & filling. They ran out of tofu for my texmex bowl unfortunately and the food was just ok. I was looking for more flavor but I can tell it's health conscious so I appreciate that. Will try something different next time.

Food was great everything tastes good, love how it's healthy. However, I found chunks of plastic in my smoothie bowl :/

Food was great love how it's healthy but unfortunately I found chunks of plastic in my smoothie bowl. Kinda gave me an ick of not wanting to go back. Called and told them about it and figured they'd maybe offer a remake or refund but they didn't. Luckily I ordered through DoorDash and they gave me one! Hope this helps!

I need of healthy but filling food? Snack Lab is a must. There are cold case selections of a variety of items if you are short on time. They also sell a few pantry style items and snacks. Otherwise they have a variety of bowls. Acai bowls and savory bowls. There is room for improvement in the savory bowls but nothing that would stop me from going. I had the Mediterranean bowl with the quinoa and rice blend as my base. The cucumber salad on top was ample enough for sauce, no need for the dressing. The falafel was soft, not crisp but I loved it. Then it had cooked potatoes and zucchini blend on it, I thought it didn't fit the rest of the bowl however it was amazing. My husband had the beef teriyaki bowl. The beef was very lean and cooked perfect. His veggies were a bit overcooked but a great mix of green beans, carrots and broccoli. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing! Not only is the food bar good, but they have a mini grocery store of healthy foods that you would never find at Walmart. The woman that rang me up was so friendly.

I walked right in the door at 6:30am when they opened, after browsing the menu online for half of my overnight shift. The girl at the counter was a little sullen and didn't even bother to lift her head when I announced "Good morning!" which kind of bummed me out. After all, today is their grand opening... I ordered a BBBBQ breakfast bowl and The Elvis breakfast bowl to go. The black bean BBQ bowl was surprisingly delicious as a breakfast option, with the black beans, scrambled eggs, avocado, cheese, kale, and sauce. The bean to egg ratio was a little off for me and I tossed most of the beans. The bowl really could have used a portion in quinoa. The Elvis was tasty with gluten free steel cut oats. A good choice if you're looking for a sweet breakfast option. A little too salty for my taste. There were several grab and go items in the cooler, mostly cold drinks, but also yogurt, cheeses, salads, and snacks. There was also a dry food section, with a few local items. Overall, this would be a good place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch bowl if you're on the run.

When you arrive there is plenty of parking on the street. You'll walk in through the entrance on Walnut street and order at the counter. It will feel like you were transported to a very industrial, open, lively atmosphere. For coffee I ordered the Hail Fellow Well Met latte (brown butter, caramel, sea salt, espresso, and oat milk). The flavors were excellent and you could tell the sauces/syrups are made in house. This is a great coffee shop to work remotely from or just hang out for a bit in. Unless our coffees were made wrong, I promise y'all there's so much better coffee out there! The lattes were essentially straight milk. I tasted a tiny bit of espresso flavor, among the other flavors, but truly, this was one of the most milky lattes I've ever had. So disappointing. The line was quite long, and I didn't want to pay any more to add espresso, on top of my $48 bill, especially when it should've been nicely balanced from the start. I mean, just look at the color! I also got the iced lemon poppy matcha; it was refreshing and decent. What I will give credit for: the breakfast sandwich and carrot bread (not pictured) were delicious. And I can really appreciate coffee shops that make their own syrups and craft creative combinations with them, like wildflower-lavender or lemon poppy.
