Again, this place is open 24/7 and if you have a crew that is drunk and you need to get them to sober up and it's like they can't walk, go for it. They don't warm the cookie when you take it to go, but it had big ol chuncks of chocolate. The edges were crunchy, and the middle was soft. So when i started this I was pissed because of the attitude I got from the Asian guy working here that may be the manager? 45min for fast food is ridiculous. Room service is faster. But I'll be more constructive. Lots of issues at this place and maybe the order kiosk is new but here's some tips. 1. Your online app doesn't work so get it fixed. You can't room charge. 2. Your kiosk ordering system sucks. Better instructions and someone that keeps the buzzer buckets full needs to be a priority or you have madness like you had. Maybe even get rid of it completely and use the texting feature (why even ask for it on the kiosk if it's not really used?) 3. Better training - your staff all need to know your menu and kiosk system. You have too many people standing around without proper job tasks and trying to do everything. Overall i understand busy day and crazy but orders were all wrong took way too long to heat up some precooked pizza. But the one thing that really bothers me is the attitude. To the Asian guy from one Asian to another don't be that guy. You and your app as you can see below is wrong so you and your attitude is uncalled for. The GOOD thing about snacks is that it's consistent. If you've tasted all the items and know which ones you like and dislike, you'll feel the same 1-3 years from now. They never change. For a luxury resort, the prices are very fair.... except that Pellegrino.... they only have tiny bottles and sheesh it's expensive! Just get their fountain sodas because you get unlimited free refills. The reliably tasty: 1) caesar's salad with chicken breast. I ALWAYS get this. Never disappoints, especially after a long flight topped by 2 whiskey cocktails. 2) Wing zings. Those buffalo wings really hit the spot and blue cheese sauce always deliver on preventing hangovers..... but only because you need to down a couple glasses of soda or water to mellow out the spice. 3) Any of their burgers, and the turkey club, especially if you get it with their candied bacon. It hits just right, and will do the job, unless you're so redonkulous that you'd rather Uber it over to In-n-Out..... which I only do when i'm completely sober. 4) Cinnamon roll. But tell them to WARM it up first! SOOO good when you're seeing 3 of everything. Really hits home like a familiar ex-girlfriend you run into, and can't remember if you parted on good or bad terms, and decide to hook up with because you're in Vegas, and whatever happens in Vegas...... stays on your Instagram stories. My husband and I shared the double cheeseburger, an order of wing zings and a pizza combo with garlic knots and a drink. It was surprisingly very tasty for a quick casual place!
