The burgers were good and the customer service was good. No issue there. The problem is the pricing. Everything is sold separately and the add-ons stack up fast -- cheese, avocado, etc. We had food credit luckily, because otherwise the price would've felt even more ridiculous. We ordered two meals and the total came out to about $68. For two burgers, fries, and sodas, that's already very high. The pricing logic doesn't make much sense either. We added cheese and avocado to the smaller single-patty burger and those add-ons bumped the price of that burger up to basically the same price as the double cheeseburger. At that point you're paying double-burger prices for a single patty. On my double cheeseburger I removed tomatoes and onions. There's no credit for removing anything. I also realized there wasn't a charge for lettuce, but if they're charging extra for other toppings, you would assume removing toppings like tomatoes and onions would reduce the price at least a little. It doesn't. So yes -- the burgers were good and the staff was good. But the pricing structure is the issue. Everything adds up quickly and a basic burger meal turns into a $60+ bill fast. Just be aware of that before ordering. Good food. Hurtful prices definitely Vegas pricing. Hopefully with a good payout from the slots it won't be so bad??? Talk about posh and you got Posh Burger at the Aria. I was looking for a place for dinner and didn't want to leave the hotel, I've already been to Moneyline which is sit-down restaurant. Craving a burger and glad Posh Burger was located at the hotel. Had some food credit to use and saw that they had a smashburger which I have yet to try here. Ordered their Wagyu Truffle Mushroom Burger which had a 1/2 pound wagyu patty, truffle aioli, mushrooms and the works. Decided to also get their Loaded Cheese Fries with bacon, onions, avocado, and dressing. The wagyu burger was definitely huge in size. For $50 or so for a sandwich, I'd say it better be huge. The fries were about $15 or so? Total came out to be about $80. Crazy expensive but the portion was definitely a lot. I knew I couldn't finish it but just wanted a taste. A burger joint inside the Aria is sure to run your bill up, but Posh Burger has good reasons to. The burgers are juicy and delicious, though I do have a problem with the concept of high-end burgers in general, so opt in for just a classic double patty burger. There is the $100 burger with wagyu and gold leaf; did not get that and I don't really see the appeal. The food is good enough without the gimmicks. Service is pretty easy with the self-order kiosk so that moved things along quickly and at the edge of the casino, everything is lively and loud, but again it's a burger joint inside a high-end resort so that's expected. I'll cut to the chase, I've made better burgers for myself at home with regular store bought ingredients. This quick serve burger spot is in the back of the aria casino right next to the doors to the Park MGM walkway and the tram to Bellagio. You very oddly have to order through the kiosk, one employee literally walked around the counter to put an order through on the kiosk when a customer wouldn't do it themselves and just kept telling their order to the employee. It was just so odd. All that to say there is no vibe here. Plain white table tops and red chairs, it just has that mall food court feeling. I ordered a single hamburger and to my surprise when I went to customize it, they have the gall to charge 50 cents each for tomato and lettuce. I understand charging for cheese ($1) but for tomato and lettuce? It just seems cheap. My order came out to just over $17 (including a $2 tip) The bun was nothing special, it didn't taste buttery or toasted. The burger patty was hearty, but tasted like it wasn't seasoned at all. There is no special sauce on the hamburger - just ketchup & mustard. Onions & pickles are included by default, but you can have them removed. Essentially it's a plain McDonald's hamburger unless you customize it with add-ons. I just don't think there is any reason to come here when you can get something more tasty at ShakeShack or In-n-Out for less. The burger had their special posh sauce which was similar to big mac sauce. Service wasn't great. Took 20 minutes to cook our food and there was no one in front of us in line. A Monday night in Aria and with a 2 mile radius most of everything is closing down around 10p. This is NYE week, mind you, and Vegas is high energy. Crispy Chicken, Fries, Onion Rings, side of Ranch, side of Remoulade. Luv that the O Rings are breaded not battered! They were Crispy with good flavor and taste great with both the Ranch and Remoulade sauce. The remoulade had a little kick to it, so certainly enjoyable. Fries were just ok. You get a good amount in the order, but I suggest the O Rings over the Fries. Chicken Sandwich was pretty darn good. Added avocado, no mayo and instead added the Ranch. Made for a tasty late dinner. After spending a full-day of gambling and walking in between the MGM Rewards casinos (MGM Grand, New York, New York, The Park, and Bellagio) we ended up getting a late night snack at Posh Burger in the Aria Resort. Although we've eaten at Posh Burger before, I realized that I hadn't reviewed them even though we enjoy their luxurious smash burgers. During our first visit in January 2025, we indulged in their 1/2 lb. Wagyu Truffle Mushroom Burger ($29) which was juicy and cooked to our preferred medium doneness (sorry, but we don't eat medium-rare ground meat). The earthy, nutty, and nutty complex truffle flavors were accentuated in their truffle aïoli and truffle Gouda cheese. However, as tasty as this burger was, the flavors were a bit over-the-top for our taste buds and we found ourselves feeling uncomfortable due to the richness of this burger. Still, we vowed to return to satisfy our late-night beef eating cravings. This time around, we ordered and shared a Bacon Double Cheeseburger ($19), House-made Jalapeño Tater Tots ($8.50), and a 21-oz soft drink ($7). We shared this meal because we aren't carnivores but are more pork lovers, don't usually drink fountain drinks because they're too sweet, and since it was already near midnight, we didn't want to get indigestion or have to stay up for two to three hours more. This double-patty sandwich was topped full with crisp bacon, onion rings, and melty American cheese. Each beef patty was juicy and had a slightly charred or browned and delicious crust. We enjoyed the refreshing shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickles that helped to cut the beefy richness. My fried food-loving husband enjoyed the housemade jalapeno 'tater tots, and I couldn't help but tease him that he looked like a "bonbon-eating housewife," although he's NOT lazy., Ordering through their digital kiosk menu was easy and quick. We did notice several customers ahead and behind us spending a lot of time at the kiosk as they engaged the counter help for assistance. Our very satisfying meal came out fresh and hot. The entire ordering process is done at a kiosk and the front staff is terrible. I got yelled at by an attendant that tried to give me someone else's order (which was much more than I ordered)... We come here everytime we stay at Aria. Burgers are huge! Me and my husband always split a double bacon cheeseburger and the jalepeno tots and we are full for hours!! Food is always fresh and hot and when we get it. Yes ranch is extra .50 but it's a pretty good size container. I absolutely HATE ordering tho. Most people take literally at least 10 min to place the order using the self service kiosk and there no way for you not to use it unless your like platinum. Posh Burger surprised my socks off! It's open until Midnight (1am on the weekends) at the Aria so it's great for a late night nom. And if you are staying at the Aria, you can order for pickup from the ipad in your room! If you go down by the poker room, you can order at the register, then are given a buzzer that will let you know when your food is ready. It's surrounded by slots on the casino floor so even gives you a minute to lose some money to the house. It's a mostly smashed burger style patty which is my personal favorite style, so I was happy to go here. Once I saw the menu though, I pivoted for the crispy chicken sandwich. Something about buttermilk chicken on a bun with mayo was just where I was that night. And it totally hit the spot. I was shocked at how crispy the outside was, and plump & juicy the inside was. My husband and I ordered the Mahi Mahi sandwiches to go yesterday. They were not so "posh" as they were last trip to the Aria. The fish did not look like Mahi Mahi nor did it look the same as the advertised picture that shows on the kiosk. I think McDonald's has a better fish sandwich than the ones we were served yesterday. Solid burger. I don't know anyone thinks this expensive even for Vegas. These days a Big Mac sets you back $10 or more. We did take out while staying at the Nomad. Fries stayed reasonably warm and crispy and the two burgers (one loaded with bacon and cheese and the other basic) were really good--better than in n out. Solid place for a quick bite.
