Communication was excellent. I got my appointment quickly and they were on time with no issues. My technician, Austin even resembled Chris Pratt, friendly and efficient. He even explained what was going on with my drain which I already knew, but thought it was nice he explained. Cost was reasonable. I would definitely go with this company again. I would say it would be a good idea this company invest in some card readers though instead of typing in manually, some customers prefer their cards not to be entered manually for security reasons. My sink was clogged and checked around for estimates. This company gave me a flat rate of $99. The 2 guys who came out were very responsive and got straight to work. One of the guys was very knowledgeable and even walked on top of my roof to get the problem solved! There was no extra charges to the $99 they had estimated for me and they were able to get the job done in a quick and easy manner. Highly recommend! This is the first time I needed a plumber since purchasing my brand new home in 2007. When these homes were built they installed the outside hose bibbs by soldering them onto copper pipes instead of the old school way of using threaded pipes. I've changed many of them out in the past just needing a crescent wrench and some silicone tape. Not anymore, you need a blow torch and a lot of patience for this job. I wasn't up to it, especially since I have never done this before and if something had gone wrong then my house would have been without water until I called a professional. Well I read the reviews for Snake 'N' Laterals and they were great. l called them and Austin came out to do the job. He was great!!! Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional but he had a lot more patience than I would have had. He kept using the blow torch about 5 to 10 minutes longer than I would have to get the job done. He didn't give up and finally got the faucet to come off. He sent installed a pipe with a male threaded end so I could do any repairs in the future if needed. GREAT JOB Austin, thank you for your perseverance because the only other alternative would have been to cut out the tee and replace the whole thing which would have cost me a lot more money. I'm very happy with the excellent same-day service I received. When your water heater goes out, you don't have a lot of options. It can be tough finding a plumber to even return your call let alone come out and perform the job on the same day. I called all over and left messages everywhere. When I called here, I got to talk to a person, and she scheduled me right away. The price was a little more than I'd hoped, but my situation with my water heater requires specialty items, and there was a lot of work to be done, and it was done right the first time. When it comes to being a young female home owner, my wallet and I cringe at home repairs...but I also know my DIY handyman skills slim to none. Thankfully, Yelp has come to my rescue by providing an honest, efficient, and cost effective repairman. Snake N Laterals gives free in home estimates and it's only $99 for any drain. Angel, the owner and the repairman that came to my house, came and cleaned my home's main lane and basically gave my home a colonoscopy with his camera! He showed me step by step where my issues were- revealing root blockages, pipe buildup, and a broken pipe that was causing some flooding in the downstairs bathroom. In a few hours he was able to fix it all- broken pipe was dug up, replaced, whole system cleaned out from my pipes to the city pipes with his hyrdo jetter, and then all the dirt replaced after he showed me the improvements he had made with the camera. Warranty on the pipe job is good for a year too! While it didn't feel cheap initially, once I called around to compare quotes it turns out Angel not only was giving me a fair quote, but cut me a deal when he could see my head spinning as I tried to decide what to do. He also helped fix a leaky spigot that he noticed by my rose bushes. Thank you, thank you! We were first introduced to Snake 'N' Laterals about 2 years ago for some clean out work. We were impressed with his service and ended up using him 2 more times after that. They repaired several leaks/drips around my home in November 2017 for what I thought was a fair price, all things considered. It wasn't until after they left that I noticed things were a little suspect. First, in all of my showers, they replaced the handle so now cold points to hot and hot points to cold. I can understand making this mistake once, but in all 3 showers?? I didn't call Angel, the owner, back because I didn't consider this a deal-breaker; just a minor annoyance that I would have to get used to (and make sure any guests using my showers were aware of). Additionally, the shower handles have now returned to their pre-repair state. They are loose again (despite my trying to re-adjust the screw) and the drips are back. Snake 'N' Laterals initially replaced the cartridges and while the problem was resolved, it wasn't long before they started to fail again. This is in less than a year and a half's worth of time. I expect problems to resurface eventually but certainly not that quickly. We had another problem with a leak under one of our sinks, but since it wasn't actively leaking upon inspection (we had a bucket placed underneath that would collect the substantial amount of leaking water), Angel said he couldn't diagnose the problem. My total ended up being $550 for cartridge replacement, a new hose bibb and a toilet angle valve and supply, for which - after several price searches after the fact - I suspect was maybe $65-$75 (if that) worth in parts and the rest in labor. Was I taken for a ride? Who knows- plumbing is obviously not my field of expertise and this is why I leave it to the professionals. Still, I wish I could say the quality of work matched what I paid for, and I can't. Ultimately, it makes me grateful that we didn't utilize Snake 'N' Laterals for major, more costly work, like the installing of an additional clean out that they said we were missing, that another plumber was able to locate under a pile of leaves. Also, said other plumber was able to quickly diagnose and repair what was wrong with my leaky sink (they needed new hot and cold angle stops). Bottom line, I can only recommend that you keep searching for a quality plumber. They are out there. I can't say that Snake 'N' Laterals is one of them. read more

First of all when I called to make an appointment, I spoke with a very sweet and charming young lady who was very helpful. She set me up with an appointment. The young man who came to my home was so nice. He identified himself, he was very neat and clean, he came in took a look around took several photos of what I have and what I wanted. He said I'm gong to take this back to my office get you a proposal for the job and get back to you tomorrow. I could not have been happier with this service call. I had Kim's Plumbing out last week and the plumber who came out did nothing at all except turn the light on his cell phone on. I watched him for 11/2 hours do nothing and then ask me for $110 for the call. I was very disapointed in them. I'm so happy that I found this Company Snakes "N" Laterals. I have a home warranty company called First American Home Warranty. They sent this company called Plumbline . They couldn't fixed my kitchen sink stoppage. They couldn't remove the drain cap underneath the sink so they said they will call me in the evening to come out the next day. Well, I waited for the call. No call back. I attended to call them twice the following day but no answer so went to voicemail. After I called Snake N Lateral plumbing they said they will be at my house in two hours and was on time. I highly recommend this company. I called the office about 845 and had an appointment for the same day at 11am. I received a text message with a picture of the tech so I'd know who to expect at my door when he was on the way. I thought that was brilliant in this day and age you can't trust anyone anymore.
