Post pandemic the entirety of the staff seems to have cut & run, NOBODY has answered the phones in 8 months. I have left several messages & emails with them and have yet to hear back. I have an active claim with the BBB against this gym as they have not stopped billing me though I have sent multiple notices of cancellation. This business is a fraudulent front to get your bank account information & social security number. I HIGHLY recommend another 24 hour gym with regular staff and month to month contracts

They have multiple postings everywhere you look about being on camera, picking up your items, etc., but very little positive whatsoever. They can't keep staff for more than a few weeks, and often don't staff during their contacted hours. This is a problem for my kid who is a workout fiend, because she's not allowed to be there when staff aren't there. On top of that, staff lock the doors early so they can leave early. The gym is not remotely clean and frequently does not have paper towels or toilet paper. Temperature levels greatly vary, but the thermostat is set on 75 because the owner is cheap. When concerns were voiced, this rude and obnoxious "business man" blamed my wife. However, for a year one of their 4 ceiling fans never even functioned. If you like classes, don't come here. They have two a week, and they don't pay their instructors so they quit. There are several much cleaner and/or friendlier gyms nearby, so we gladly went elsewhere!

After talking with Tonya, one of the Studio Red Coaches, I gathered my courage and girded my big boy pants to give it a try. I wasn't feeling 100% when I came in (up late, dogs up early wanting to play on me), but when the 50 minutes were up, my body was tired in a good way, and my brain was ready for more. Tonya showed how to perform the exercises and gave modifications, and kept the class going, spending time with each of us. The three free classes a month seems to be a little used benefit that I will be taking advantage of more often.

If you want to work out by yourself, it is almost a private gym where you have access to everything all the time. Brian has been great for the 9 months I have been here. The staff are very helpful and professional. The price is suitable for the equipment rented and the climbing walls. The orientation helps give knowledge about the basics of the harnesses etc. They also offer a class for the belay walls. The walls are periodically changed, making it a great place to come back and visit. I got a very good workout from being here. Both experiences were great. The walls are well kept and vary in level of difficulty. This establishment is great! I suggest anyone who wants an athletic enjoyable experience to come here. 5/5 stars.
