Our door handle leading from our house to the garage broke and after trying in vain to fix it ourselves, we were unable to get the latch to release and were unable to open the door due to this. I requested quotes from different companies via Yelp and Shaul gave us the best rates to come over and open the lock for us. Shaul was super communicative prior to arrival. Once he arrived, he offered to not only remove the latch as we agreed upon, but he also offered to put the handle back on for us, which we did not expect, since we had removed it ourselves. Once Shaul quickly finished the job (10 minutes max), he noticed our lock grove in the jam, was causing additional problems and offered to fix it for no additional charge. SCAM... These guys took my wife for $200, Using 2 bag openers, which cost $30 at the auto parts store. Less than 2 min of work... If they aren't making you a key for that much, they are scamming you. A legitimate locksmith will make you a dummy key that opens the door but will not start it, for 150ish. Stop using these companies and youtube it, and don't get scammed!. AAA costs $64... for the year. read more
